Luckily for me I've found a studio that truly pushes me and makes me want to hit up the studio. More importantly... I'm not being forced with a taser behind my back and on 100mg of Vicodin in order to be coerced. This studio is very personable and isn't some Mega Gym you'd find on the movie Dodgeball. You can find one cycling room inside here with about 35 bikes. If you don't have the standard cycling shoes, no need to fear, as plenty of their bikes have shoe straps. No uptight or snooty staff here! Everyone is super nice and are more than willing to help you. If it's your first or thirtieth time don't hesitate to ask them to adjust your bike. They're also super nice and if you show up a few minutes late they'll guide you to your bike with a flashlight since the lights are turned off. The classes are high intensity but the results are in the sweat. You will feel motivated and pushed in your class and the music is truly upbeat. Cycling is probably one of my favorite cardio exercises and I'm happy to say I've drank the JoyRide kool-aid juice.

My experience was more than 5star that's for sure and with over 20 years in and out of the fitness industry in a variety of areas, I HAVE NEVER been so in love with a franchise ! I was able to book easily on class pass app. This is what BOUTIQUE fitness is all about . (And what ppl will pay big boutique pricing $$ for) This location has 4 rooms , each it's own unique fitness & wellness "experience " All rooms have the best club lighting . Colors change during classes to create the vibe and ambiance. Each room has its own equipment . I appreciate all of the move your ass music & excellent sound systems . The instructor wore a microphone which makes for such a better class & did the whole workout making it easy to follow. The "sweat " room Fitness classes are here with heat & humidity & will challenge you to the core ! I left a puddle ! The "Sanctuary" room This space is large enough to be a stand alone infrared yoga studio. Complete with its own entry and drop space before entering , such a beautiful yoga room. You will find just about every kind of yoga class here. You can't hear any noise from any of the fitness classes happening which was fabulous . The " Spin" room Ohhhhhh how I love a great spin class ! They've got great bikes and everything you need for awesome , I'd recommend actually bringing cycle shoes for a better ride. The " Boxing " room Love love love the water bags & the air treadmills that don't plug in , you have to use your own body weight and core for these . They offer mat rentals / towel rentals / shower towel rentals etc. Plenty of amenities ! Lockers line the studio and are also in the bathrooms . Showers / vanities / filter water station / etc Fabulous community ! GREAT RETAIL - SHOP AWAY Pro tip : Arrive early ! & visit TERRA CAFE Nextdoor - there's access in the lobby of Tru Fusion as well . Same owner . I think there has been new management and you can just feel that they are cheep or tying to cut costs. My first issue is that equipment is breaking and they are not keeping up with it. Why is every other bike broken in some way. Secondly, I mentioned this a few times, but why don't they replace the Clorox wipes so we can clean up our stuff. The AC broke for two weeks in the cycle room and I worked out in a HOT room. I thought I was going to pass out. Also, all the amazing instructions were leaving so not sure what is going on there. This gym is not cheep and the quality is not reflecting the price.

The reformer classes are a full body workout. Movements are slow and controlled but boy do you work every muscle in your body. Plus, the resistance on the machine ensures you're working it all and then some. I feel more toned and definitely stronger since I started with them. Plus, these classes really increase your flexibility. Absolutely loving it! These classes are also great for people with joint issues because it's low impact. And again, I have to give some love to the instructors. Working out is hard. Getting motivated to work out is harder. But when you come in bright and early in the morning to friendly instructors and a friendly classmates, it makes you want to keep on coming in. The instructors here are helpful, give great guidance and genuinely want you to succeed. Couldn't ask for a better workout community. Check it out if you haven't. They offer some first time clients great specials to help you figure out which classes are more your style.

Socks are required for hygiene reasons and grippy socks especially are preferred so you don't slip around. The instructor was super friendly and very encouraging! She explained things very clearly so it was easy to follow along. I didn't break a sweat at all, but my muscles were BURNING. It's only been about 12 hours after my class and I can already feel the soreness in my muscles, which means that it was definitely a good workout.
