I did make a purchase, I found it very expensive there for what I was looking for. Just very few selection for my size more for the fuller sized women. More for size 2x and up there is plenty of choices. The smaller sizes are slim to no pickings. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. I'm not sure if I would be returning due to the choices for me. It's a store definitely for the younger generation.

3 hours ago NEW This…read morestore is the worst!!! All they do is give you the run around! We had price tags coming up incorrectly and they wouldn't give us the price that was marked on the tag! They had us wait till next day to talk with store manager Corine who told us she could do nothing and to call customer service. So I call them they tell me it's a store issue talk to the regional manager Jamie. I explained everything and Jamie said will investigate and call me back and doesn't. So I called customer service again spoke with Sina who starts accusing me and asking if I took pictures or have proof! Had another call from Corine the manager where she hung up on me! Are you kidding me. What kind of store is this! Absolutely insane! Run from this store!

I had the other store (Edmonton South Common, five out of five stars in my books- see my review) put a formal dress on hold for me for a pick up. The women working in this store managed to startle me with their over inflated attitudes. The sales lady I asked for my dress looked me up and down and then presumed to sneer at ME. Really? What a stark and remarkable difference from a year ago when my Hubs went in to buy me a sweater on his own and was ecstatic with the service he got. I have to suppose it is because of the turnover here. Every time I am in, the staff is never the same. I wouldn't be shopping here at all if it weren't for the petite, professional section. I can't possibly relay the extent of the offensive behaviour of the women working in this store because you would never believe me. I warned you... Maybe once they turnover their entire staff AGAIN it will be better.

Brought the bag in to Cross Iron Coach where I bought it - the sales associate was very nice but she had to go and get a manager to approve the return. Fine. I got nothing but attitude from the female manager although I have 100 of their bags and never had to make 1 return, ever. She kept wanting to have it send out for repair, wanted to make me home office's issue for a greater profit return on my benefit, blah blah and soured me on getting a credit towards a new bag. I get it, you do not want to lose the sales number but life is life. I finally got my refund back onto my Visa and left. Not a good day Coach, but I still love you, minus that 1 manager.

Yup, I'm a fan!…read more I've loved Coach for over 20 years. And no, it's not for the cheaply made canvas factory bags that take up most of the real-estate in this, and other, outlet stores. It's for the vintage, and heritage line leather bags that made Coach so famous 40+ years ago. As well as for the silk scarves, colourful umbrellas, fabulous shoes and boots and chic costume jewelry. And when the real items, from the full priced stores hit an outlet at 60%... well now, I love it!! Oh - and I am also addicted to the adorable key chains! I probably have 20!

One irritation when I tried to pay with the exact amount of money... is that they couldn't accept my cash because their cash register rounds up. So when I gave them the correct change, they said it's not acceptable and I need to pay the extra because their till rounds up. Kinda stupid. They tell you the price and yet can't except the money unless you pay more then the price??? That should be their problem to fix their glitch... not mine. Anyways, it's the principle around the whole idea... not the amount of money I had to over pay. If they over charge a million customers a year, it all adds up to big bucks.
