Where can I begin? Urban Rebels Ink is awesome. I have a better experience each time I go in. I have gone in for 3 tattoos and have not been disappointed yet. As soon as you walk in the door Ivette takes care of you right away. She is super nice and sweet. She doesn't leave you just sitting on the couch, she strikes up a conversation and makes you feel welcome. She also asked what kind of music I liked and played a few songs for me on the speakers. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Tony is the artist I go to and he does fantastic work. He takes the time to get to know you and delivers great work. I was on his chair for 10 hours and it flew by. Great conversations and great company. I will be going back to Tony for the remainder of my tattoos. I haven't had Javi or Ralph, but they are very good guys and still took the time to talk with me, even though I wasn't their customer. I see the work they do and it's also fantastic! Ve, Seer, and Daniel are training, I believe, and are awesome dudes as well. They take the time to talk with me as well and watch Tony as he is doing his thing. Can't wait to see them get goin! This shop is a joke. Their website is poor quality so how good are their tattoos? They have extremely high turnover. I know the owner and he's a pompous tool bag who won't take advice from anyone else because he thinks he's this master mind with a vision meanwhile his business is falling apart behind his back. He's opening up a new shop when he can't even get people on his first one. He treat his employees like crap. He overworks them and never compliments their work. I worked there for a month as the shop manager and I quit before they even ended up paying me! These people do NOT know how to run a business and what's sad is they think they do. They hire sketchy untrustworthy artists they don't even do background checks. The safety standards here are not up to par, I worked there I can tell you from experience the shop is dirty as hell. They do not follow safety precautions. And they overprice their tattoos because they think "that's what clients want" don't trust Ralph or Shaina the owners they are scum of the earth. Karma is gonna get them real good. They treat their hard working employees like dirt. Go to any other tattoo shop in the world, it'll be better than this one. read more

This is the first tattoo shop that I've absolutely fallen in love with. My experience here was enough to bring me back a second time within a months time. The atmosphere is nothing but good vibes, all employees are super kind and respectful, and the tattoos that come out of this shop are amazing. This was my second time in the shop and I just have to say this shop is my favorite so far and I've been to countless other ones.
