I'm so glad I went here to get my rook pierced. Debbie was so thorough and explained every step of the way, from prepping to the process of the piercing to aftercare. I was even given a card with the gauge size and length of the bar I was pierced with which I appreciate so much when I want to change my jewelry. This is an ok shop to bring young kids or people who are very nervous about getting a piercing but i wouldn't recommend for people who are used to getting pierced. The woman talks very very slow and second guesses every decision you'll make. Which might be nice if you're unsure about your decision but if you aren't, then it's very condescending and honestly, annoying. I called ahead for my family (5 of us) to get piercings at 11am and the woman warned that we'd wait about 15 minutes which was fine with us. When she started with us, we told her that my little cousin was 17 but her mom (my aunt) was there. They both handed their drivers license to her and the woman saw they had different last names and said she needed my cousins REAL mom. This was resolved by them providing the birth certificate but what an ignorant thing to say. Plenty of kids have divorced parents with their moms having different names than them. My little cousin got two piercings and it took the woman about an hour just to do those and they were $80 per piercing. We're all very experienced with piercings and don't like to do cheap piercings but we were expecting ~$60 per piercing. And she moved so slow, talked so slow, and I think she just really loved hearing herself talk. We left after that, forgoing piercings for me, my other two cousins, and my aunt. Not the worst experience but just a really aggravating one. Definitely won't go back or recommend. read more

I walked in for a tattoo on a Saturday night after the shop next door had about 6 people waiting. I was skeptical trying a new artist but Debbie at the front made me feel super comfortable after telling me about the artist Jay who'd been tattooing in Vegas for 20+ years. I recently got a piercing at this establishment and have NEVER had a worse experience! I have many piercings i've gotten from a few places around the area. I chose the piercery to get a genital piercing, being that it was one of the few establishments that did them near me. My friend told me that she would never get another piercing done here because she had a bad experience herself and I regret not listening to that warning. I returned home from my scheduled appointment, Saturday, with a little concern about the size of the jewelry the piercer used. However, when i was getting it done, she assured me she does this piercing about once a month. I trusted she was experienced and knew better so I ignored the issue until I could no longer. It became almost increasingly uncomfortable as the days went on. The Tuesday after, I took a look at the piercing, part of which sat under a piece of skin (this is what was unusual), to discover that the jewelry was so small embedding was occurring on my vagina!! Understand how uncomfortable of a situation that put me in. I needed it corrected immediately however their store doesn't open until Thursday. I found myself, Wednesday, at another establishment, spending an additional $40, to correct a mistake The Piercery made. I called the store to complain and make them aware of the problem I had experienced. They said the best they could do is give me a discount on jewelry from their shop. They believed this to be compensation enough for the discomfort I felt and money I spent on a problem they created. How rude of them to suggest I spend more money at The Piercery. NEVER AGAIN! The part that is also interesting is that at the shop I went to to have it corrected, they explained to me that it was not likely that a piercing like this was done once a month. They explained it is much rarer than that. The piercers there were shocked by the size of jewelry used and ended up putting in jewelry nearly TWICE as long, to accommodate for the swelling and all. They said it looked like inexperience. read more

Minors require a parent with the birth certificate, photo ID like year book and a parents ID. The Piercery made my 7 year old daughters first ear piercing experience incredible. We took our time and the best thing was the timing of the breath and actually piercing. My daughter didn't cry and said it barely hurt. Super clean, friendly and totally worth the cost. Soooo, I got a daith piercing about 5 years ago and changed jewelry about 3 times during that period. My original piercer is good but my last change didn't go too well; my piercing began to close after a week because the jewelry came out! I went back and she essentially had to re-pierce me but with jewelry I didn't really like. Of course, the being came off and she's unavailable! Well, there is a GODARD he led me to Jay and Debbie at The Piercery. I walked into a clean, inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Jay is not only knowledgeable but courteous and professional! I contacted this shop a couple weeks ago to get a daith piercing removed, because I was having an MRI and spine surgery. It was really easy to communicate with them and get an appointment. When I arrived, the owners were super friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I liked how everything was explained to me. The place appears to be very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately my spacer came out (NOT the fault of the piercer). I plan to return to this shop in a few months after I heal to have my daith pierced again. read more
