Every barista I've met goes above and beyond to make their drinks balanced and delightful. They are always open to modifications, and they have some cool suggestions of their own if you ask! They have all the drink options you could want (caf+decaf) but they also have more traditional drinks like the Italian Macchiato or Cortado (my favorite). The coffee is roasted two doors down and the chocolate is made in the factory in house!! They have a bunch of made-to-order food options and house baked pastries from local bakeries! The Factory Cafe is bright and cheerful, with plants, tons of natural sunlight, and a very pretty seating area. Even their bathrooms are aesthetic! This is the perfect spot to work or have a chat with friends. I love it!

Sadly, all that is gone, but the espresso is still great (perfect oat cortado). My only recommendation - don't put caps on the coffee unless asked for. Not too sweet, so yummy, the only thing that was off, was a hard piece of butter, I wish it was soft. I ordered the Buddha bowl, subbed the grains for sweet potatoes, and added salmon. It was good, but they left off the dressing, so my greens were dry, and the salmon piece was fairly small. My daughter got a benefit special, and loved it. Looked beautiful and she said it was amazing. We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

Cherry hand pies were delicious with a flaky crust - these are hard to find at other GF bakeries! Their loaves of bread are really good.
