Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. We ordered a bison burger with fries, pulled pork poutine, and blue corn nachos. The fries were limp and cold. The nachos arrived with regular corn chips instead of blue corn and were also cold. The pulled pork poutine was cold as well, and the burger was overly salty. What made the experience worse was the lack of service. We waited about 30 minutes without being checked on while the manager appeared to visit other tables. After flagging down a server, it took additional time before we were assisted. I understand that restaurants can have off nights, but this visit fell well below expectations -- especially given the price point and past experiences. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the location and atmosphere have always been a draw.

The food was fantastic, made with care, and far above what you usually find in a mountain lodge setting. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and seemed to take real pride in the place. The dining room and bar have a rustic charm that feels authentic rather than staged, which adds to the overall atmosphere. A memorable stop and absolutely worth returning to.

The staff we interacted with were equally lovely. Biscuits and gravy is my go-to at any diner. I mean it when I say this was the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. The whole thing is one biscuit and the gravy is more of a bechamel with a peppery kick balanced by the sweet biscuit; more like a savory cake in the best way. My professional cook boyfriend is rarely ever impressed by food and we were equally blown away! There are no incorrect options on the menu. Bf also loved his huevos rancheros, but the biscuits and gravy were the star of the show. We cannot recommend it enough and couldn't stop talking about it the rest of our trip.

The Eating Establishment certainly falls into this description. We had a variety of food dishes for brunch and nothing stood out. Actually, the "Shakshuka" stood out because this was without a doubt the worst shakshuka I've ever eaten. It was made entirely incorrectly. The sauce was bland and watery. There were copious amounts of whole garlic cloves (??????) which forced a game of dodge the cloves to eat whatever else was remotely edible. The staff was nice.

At the same time, they do the "common" stuff really well like kids' food. Great experience through and through. Walking in, you immediately know it's a well-run establishment, there's people moving quickly everywhere and they even have a few to-go areas with coffee stations that seems to be busy. We went during the World Cup and they also had a projector playing one of the games for a cool vibe. They had an amazing menu of commonly found entrees, but with like an elevated twist. Everything from food to coffee was absolutely delicious. Unique flavor profiles and everything just worked. Really cool spot and I would say a must check out if you're in the area.

We tried to sit outside but it was a little cold and windy so we opted for a table inside. The menu is good all options you find at a healthier restaurant. I have always wanted to try shakshuka so I was excited to see it on the menu. My husband ordered an omelet. The food is excellent but I would have changed out the bread for something you can dip out the shakshuka with and I would include lemons with the hot tea. My husband didnt like the potatoes. Service was e collect and the price was good for a resort community. Highly recommend.

A woman came out to take our order while licking her fingers, which was not a great first impression. Communication was also extremely difficult, as neither of the two employees working appeared to speak enough English to understand basic questions or concerns. When our food arrived, both meals had the wrong side orders. We had ordered sweet potato fries but received regular fries instead. The biggest issue was my brisket sandwich. It contained very little actual meat and was mostly fat. The brisket was tough and difficult to eat, and the orange cheese on top wasn't even fully melted. The employee watched as I picked large pieces of fat out of the sandwich, yet when I brought it back and explained that the meat was mostly fat, tough, and simply unacceptable, she just smiled blankly and appeared unable to understand what I was saying. The second employee was unable to help as well. In the end, we spent $42 and essentially ate a handful of fries. The food quality, incorrect order, lack of communication, and inability to address a customer complaint made for a very poor dining experience. Wasatch Bagel has been added to our personal "do not return" restaurant list.

I prefer it to going to Main Street because the parking is easy. The atmosphere is fun and upscale for a spot in a strip mall. They have outdoor seating, a bar area, and a main dining room, as well as options for private dining. - Service: Tupelo has consistently quality service. The servers are attentive and provide great menu recommendations. I also love the hot towels they give you upon arrival. Food/Drink: Tupelo rotates some menu items and keeps others on year-round. The buttermilk biscuits and deviled eggs are two of my favorite starters. On my most recent visit to Park City, I had beet salads at multiple restaurants and Tupelo's was by far my favorite. During my last few visits, I enjoyed the market soup (potato and broccoli), local farm greens salad, and the duck entree. All were delicious. The elk bolognese is a classic menu item and I'd like to try the beef and barley when I visit next. The apple fritter dessert with pistachio ice cream was unique and delicious so don't skip dessert! The cocktails at Tupelo are creative and flavorful. Tea time is my favorite, but I also like naked in the northern lights. - Value: Tupelo is not cheap, but as dining out gets more expensive in Park City, you can guarantee you will get your money's worth at Tupelo with high quality ingredients, creative flavor pairings, and great service.
