    Horrendous service by the Manager Milly, despite my calm demeanor and the new customer questions I…read morehad, this lady was visibly in a bad mood. In front of my father and I, she scolded her employee Javier for trying to accommodate us into a more suitable unit for our needs. Mr. Javier is an older male with a mobility disability that was simply exercising good sound customer service. The initial unit assigned to us had two doors, and since this obligates the customer to buy their special lock for the storage unit's door, we had to buy one, but rather than changing us to a unit with one door the manager told us that he had to buy another lock. I explained to Ms. Milly that I would not spend another $13 in a lock that I would never get to use after I leave the storage a couple of months from now. Her reply: "It is not my problem that you didn't look at the storage unit before signing with us".... Are you serious lady? Is that the way you respond to a new customers? Mr. Javier with his physical disability had to walk back again, over 100 yards to the building to find us another unit with one door, and got yelled out for it, unbelievable! As if it wasn't enough, at my request Mr. Javier provided me with the phone number to U-haul so I could reserve a truck for the move, while I was on the phone with U-haul, the lady (Milly), noticeably rebuked Mr. Javier for providing me the phone number, and told him that he should have waited to finish the reassignment of the Unit to provide me the U-haul number for me to call. There was NOBODY ELSE at the place waiting for service. Would I recommend this place? Until retraining in customer service is done, I would not. I'm completing my 1 month (already paid) and giving my business to someone that cares. Update on Feb 07, 2019: I've been contacted by A+ upper management and based on their communication it seems that this incident will be further researched by the company to assure quality of customer service. The corporate team quick response to my review makes me feel that this is not the norm in other locations but perhaps an isolated incident. This is exactly the level of treatment and attention that is expected by all customers, and a happy customer is much more than a repeat customer, it is positive word of mouth advertisement. As of this writing I feel confident that positive changes will be implemented at this location. I have updated the rating to 2 stars for the time been.

    ReadySpaces has gone to the dogs since they let go of Azahy, who was amazing and cared. I've lost…read moretwo more packages and the management (Josh) doesn't give a dam. I've been patient too many times for packages lost, mail not distributed, lack of security and many other issues. The owners won't respond. They are content with having a rude, vial V.P. of Operations that justifies everything that they do wrong. I complained to him about my lost packages and his response is that it's not his responsibility - that ReadySpaces is "self-service" and they don't have to receive packages for the tenants... These are his words in an email to me: "Where you seem to decide I don't care is when you blame ReadySpaces for a package missing and I, in turn, tell you that I understand the frustration but it is not our responsibility." I've complained about the mail not getting picked up and distributed in mail slots that were put there - again, his answer... "we don't sort mail for our tenants". Mail delivered by USPS sits in the mailboxes until days later it's finally brought inside and all of it is dropped on a table (no sorting). The biggest issue at ReadySpace is upper management. They got rid of an amazing manager for no apparent reason. The current manager is helpful but it's obvious that her hands are tied and is guided to not go out of her way to help! I've had it with the VP's rude and unprofessional behavior... He mistreated me today as I've seen him be rude to other tenants. In his own word "he doesn't believe in customer service". I'll be looking for another place to go and my $24,000+ yearly rent to ReadySpaces will be gone as well. - There has been no consideration from ReadySpaces about the great tenants we have been for almost 3 years.     Custom space is a great concept and has proven valuable to our buisness. The amenities are ok but…read morewhat really makes this worth the rent is the manager Azahy. She constantly goes above and beyond to make sure we have all our needs met, when we have had issues (electrical) she has always tried to resolve them quickly. She constantly is cleaning and organizing and I believe that is way outside her scope..but she does it with pride. The owners should be glad to have Azahy as thier glue, because if not, the place would be a disaster. The owners lack of follow thru is frustrating but the manager always eases the issue and ultimately gets stuff done. The equipment ( forklift and pallet jacks) are ok, we feel the equipment can be Improved and if the manager had help, the place would be amazing
