Don't mind me. I'm just laying in my bed weeping and marveling at the miracles that Wendy and Wendy performed in my home over the span of two days. After my dad died two years ago, I spiraled into a deep depression. My organizational skills were never great to begin with, but my small condo was turning into an episode of Hoarders and I had no idea where to start. I felt like I was drowning. Enter Actually Organized. Wendy and Wendy came and conquered. I can't believe how fast they move. As someone with ADHD and executive dysfunction, I am amazed by their abilities. I have learned so much about the organization process just by watching them in action. Most importantly, they were kind, patient, and non-judgmental in a situation when I was feeling immense shame and grief. I cannot recommend Actually Organized enough and can't wait to have them back to conquer my kitchen. Gayle was really wonderful to work with. I have one of the few houses in Miami that has a large attic with stairs. Since I have had the house 20 years, it was packed. It had become so stuffed, it was hard to walk through. Gayle worked with me for six hours without a break, helping me to sort through boxes, identify which things to pitch or donate, and then store the remaining boxes in a way I can identify and find in the future. I really appreciated that she didn't force me to purge things that I still have an emotional attachment to. After it was over, she offered to take things to donate in her own car (I can do that), which I thought was going the extra mile. I just moved from NY to Miami and although my new apartment has lots of closet space, none of the closets had hanging rods, shelves or drawers inside.
