I've taken a few days to submit my review on AZ Shed Movers because I have some mixed feelings…read more First, the receptionist, Lucy, is very sweet and does her best. However, the owner Kyron Koehn appears to be so busy as to be totally unresponsive. He doesn't even seem to get back to his own receptionist, yet he apparently is the only one who can analyze the job and decide on a price quote. I reached out to them on Oct. 28, 2024 and it took until Nov. 13th to finally get a quote. At that point they scheduled me (for an additional expedited fee of $200) for Nov. 20th between 8-11am....They never showed up and never called....When I finally spoke to Lucy, she had to call her boss to find out what happened. Apparently, the truck they were going to bring was in the shop! Lucy was as frustrated as me, but rescheduled me for Dec. 3rd. Now...Brent showed up on time and did an absolutely AMAZING job. He was really nice and even though the job was challenging, he thought through every movement and blew my mind with his skills with the tools he used. The job was to lift my 10x10 Tuff shed up about 6 inches and move it about 20 feet and turn it 90 degrees. But it was TIGHT! I was super impressed. It took about 1.5 hours, but well worth it. In the end I was not charged the extra $200 fee (duh). The bottom line is that this is the only company I was able to find in AZ that was able and willing to do this job. In other words, they seem to be "the only game in town". That said, I highly recommend them, but only if you have a lot of time before you need the job done. And you need to put your Patience Hat on! That's why they lost one star from me, but I would hire them again.

Found this company after looking around and got discouraged that we weren't going to get what we…read morewanted. They went over all the options and even helped us get the customizations that we wanted. They were so friendly and knowledgeable! After talking with them I found out the main guy even knew my dad from contracting with Kitchel. It's crazy how small the world is sometimes but that just gave us the extra reassurance that we would be taken care of. We tell all our friends about what great work they do and will keep them in mind for any future projects! I'm currently trying to convince my husband our mastiff needs her own house!

The gentleman that did the driving in the delivery was Shawn. He did us stupendous job backing that up into my driveway with my car still in place. It's like 20 feet long the container and then he had this huge trailer that it was on. He was so nice and he did such a nice job. You can definitely feel safe that he's not going to put the trailer or the storage unit. I should say on anything or into anything. He was freaking amazing.!!!

Was notified 4 weeks later it was ready for delivery. Got on their delivery schedule and approx 3 weeks later they delivered my bldg. Well built will quality materials. Exactly how I ordered it. Delivery driver was professional and did a great job setting it perfect on the pad. I will definitely use these guys again for more bldgs.

I was overwhelmed with all of the stuff in our laundry room area... backpacks, sports bags, shoes,…read morecoats.. the list goes on. Every time I walked in it reminded me of the chaos. I'm sure you know the feeling. I've been following Triton for a while now and finally asked if they'd be able to update the laundry room to more functional space by installing a cubbie system. That way everyone in the family had a dedicated space to put their stuff. Jake came over and talked through some options, showed me colors and then quickly turned around an estimate and design plan. I had a few small tweaks and he also turned that around real quick. Scheduling was just a few weeks out which is impressive considering some of the other quotes I had received were 3-4 months out for install. The day of install, they arrived on time and had it totally done in one day. It's SO functional and my kiddos love their cubbies. I do too because it looks great and on my quest to give everything it's own place... i'm one step closer! I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call!!! Also note that the company is under new ownership since 2022. I saw some of the bad reviews and responses here (that the previous owner left) and that absolutely doesn't reflect my experience. The technician to fix/install the vents was on time, thorough and kind. The initial two technicians who built it were also the same way. They do employ great people for their field work; however, their middle management needs proper training in ethics and conflict resolution!

It has been two weeks since the Tuff Shed building was installed on site. After visiting the store…read morelocation last week. I was able to talk to a representative to get an update on the status of my building. Followed up by a phone call with tuff shed, they scheduled a site walk for this afternoon. I was met by one of their managers, he was very receptive and understood my concerns that I had about the workmanship. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They are now scheduled for the following week to correct my concerns and address the issues. It is great that they are working on this but I wish that It didn't push the schedule two weeks.
