She listened to everything I said. I've been this color for years, so I already know what works and what doesn't. Most stylists don't care. They just want to finish fast. Alli took her time and gave me this flawless custom color. She has great energy too! Oftentimes, I'll feel zapped after getting my hair done. Not here! I actually felt energized and excited! Another thing that helped was that she was excited to do my hair. She didn't come at it with a defeated "maybe I can do it" attitude. That tells me that she's a real artist who loves her work. It shows! The salon has a private parking lot, so you don't have to worry about street parking. Half of it is shaded by beautiful trees too. I'm thrilled with my results and already scheduled my next appointment.

He was able to work with my work schedule and see me after hours, which was incredibly nice! I didn't feel rushed at all. He asked about the wreck, where I was hurting and all of the questions someone should ask before giving a massage. He knew based on the accident and my feedback exactly how much pressure to use, and where I needed help. He did some gentle stretches with me, which really helped a lot too! He was very mindful of his pressure and would make sure he wasn't using too much since he knew my body was all out of whack from the accident. He really helped me feel better much faster than if I hadn't gone to see him! I felt significantly better immediately after the massage. I've been to him for a regular relaxation massage as well and highly recommend his services. I love the room. It's cozy and private and you don't feel exposed in any way. It's very comfortable and relaxing just being in the room! I love that I can go there to get my hair done by Veronica and also get a massage if I wanted! Chris and Veronica both have magic hands! I never leave there not feeling or looking my best! Veronica is so knowledgeable about hair and I love that she takes her time and that there aren't 5 other ladies getting hair done or waiting their turn. It's a great little salon!

Was NOT a great haircut or color and highlights and she was 40 minutes late even getting to salon. said she was shopping for salon. I told her I understood it may take more than one visit to get used to my haircut. I brought pictures and the formula from previous hair stylist but second visit STILL was not better. But I kept going back for several months but she did horrible cut and color and highlights! more than that she was late for every single appointment, sometimes over an hour!! Last visit she was late and kept leaving me answering phones, cleaning but mostly talking to other hair stylist instead of paying attention what she was doing. I was her only client but she had me in the salon for 7 SEVEN freaking hours for one appointment!!! so much chaos in this salon!!! will stress you out if you dare make an appointment!!!!!! I was a walk-in at around 1:30 and they had me in a chair within five minutes, not bad at all! The owner and Barbi, the woman who did my hair, were absolute sweethearts! They mad me feel very welcome. Barbi is not only super friendly but an excellent hair stylist as well!! I had attempted to go to another salon a few months prior who butchered the bangs I wanted :( Barbi did the bangs with perfect precision. I can tell she has an eye for detail. The price isn't too bad but it is a little pricy. However with the care that these women put into their work, I don't mind paying a little extra. I'll definitely be coming back!

Living in the Lower Haight in S.F. I have about nine different hair salons within a two block…read moreradius from my house. Most are $40 for a haircut or more. So imagine my surprise when I paid $18 for an excellent haircut at Jordan-Bailey here in Conway, Ar. The salon is located in a little cluster of shops off Prince Street and one could pass it by if one wasn't being driven by their son who lives in town. My appointment was with April, who came highly recommended by my son and his roommates. She was probably the most personable, genuine person I've met on my travels to date. Very knowledgeable about hair and hair products I might add. She suggested keeping the length of my hair but still took off enough so I felt like I had a haircut and not a 'trim'. April has been doing this for six years and enjoys what she's doing which, in my opinion,enhances the chances of getting a cut you like. I know I did. It's funny, I could see her living in S.F. or L.A. and fitting right in. She is quite humble too as it was difficult to tip her back something for her artistic efforts! The owner, Greg Nobles has been in this location for three years but has been in the business since 1997. He, like the staff, is very personable and knows his clientele well. This year I asked her what she wanted and she said, "a gift card to my salon". I don't know how these ladies did it but Mom (who isn't the easiest to win over) has come to look forward to visiting them and, yes - getting her nails done. :)
