I listed to her ask for a pedicure( no appointment) and they assisted her to sign in. 5 minutes later she was being escorted to a pedicure chair while I still waited an additional 2-3 minutes. I was finally seated next to her when I noticed a technician come from the back and assist her first. Immediately the front seat worker came to me as explained that the lady had an appointment, that was why she was being serviced before me. I thought it was awkward that she would come out of no where to explain "why" someone else who came in After me is being serviced before me. I waited another 2-3 minutes before I realized I was being racially discriminated against. I over heard the nail tech tell the lady "you had appointment ok?" the lady laughed and said "ok". I immediately started to shake the water off my feet so I could leave. As soon I took the 2nd step the owner jumped up from the last pedicure bowl Explaining "someone is coming to take care you ma'am". I told her that lady didn't have an appointment, I heard her sign in and she didn't have an appointment. I proceeded to walk out as the lady tried to explain a situation I didn't even know she was aware of. So that further lets me know they were ALL in on racially discriminating against me. I regret every dollar I have spent with this establishment for the past 2 years.

She didn't hurt me while taking the old gel off, she was easily able to recreate my reference photo on my nails, and she gives a pretty good hand massage. Kim didn't talk much but that's okay with me (I don't talk a lot either), only reason I mention it is in case you're a lady who like to chat, maybe request a different tech. The salon itself was super cute and they were even hosting a pumpkin contest amongst their staff and letting the customers vote for a winner. Anyway, 10/10 experience, I shall return.
