The technician did a great job cleaning out our gutters and did a nice job repairing one of our gutters at our request. We were quoted $210 for gutter cleaning on a 2.5 story house with a detached garage. We think it was a great value and will use this company again. I was contacted in the AM saying that her schedule had changed, so could we meet in 15 minutes? Couldn't do it so let's meet at the appointed time. "Ok no problem." I ran home from work to meet but no show. I reached out. No response. Ghosted. This company asks for 70% of the cost due "2 days prior to start day." Good luck with that. They can't get to appointments, communicate, or follow up. I get that things happen, but these kinds of companies will trumpet their communication, etc. Buyer beware. So disappointing.
