They don't do returns regardless if you've used/opened whatever item it is. Not sure if this is standard for this kind of business or not but I do know it's pretty inconvenient. Dealt with nice staff and they answer the phone quickly. Can't justify going back now that I've wasted $20, at a kind of store that has so many competitors to go to you'd think the return customer is the priority... oh well $20 is the most they'll profit off of me which is too bad for them being I'm in that plaza at least 4 days per week with co workers who vape. Dude working did say they typically don't do returns, so I guess some things are okay to return and some are not, my item was just a battery and %100 unused and in perfect condition packaging... hope I saved someone some time from checking them out.. unless you know for sure you'll like or need what you buy I suggest going elsewhere... not ideal for newbs read more

My first visit was over a year ago, when I experienced exceptional service and advice. In the last 5 months, however, my 5 visits have resulted in frustration. I've asked for 1.8 ohm coils only to be sold 1.2 or 1.5. I've gone in to buy more of a specific flavor and nicotine content, only to be informed that they have cut back on higher nicotine e-liquids. My latest (and to be my last) visit was to purchase a replacement for a "Spinner II" battery assembly. The only alternative battery that they now carry would have required me to throw away all of my cartomizers and coils. They've become obsolete in meeting my vaping needs and desires. read more

The staff here is friendly and knows the business well. They are willing to help you out with questions about your machine and the different liquids. I just wish they could mix their own bc I like a certain mg of nicotine and I have to buy two different bottles and mix them myself, which can be pricey.
