When I was looking for cigar bars to purchase some sticks, the last place I thought I would find…read moreone would be in a plaza dominated by Home Depot. But being that one I wanted to visit had closed and moved elsewhere and this one was the most direct route on my way back home, While the outdoor storefront seems unassuming outside of a set of two chairs and a standing ashtray, when you walk inside you're surrounded by nice square leather lounge chairs on both sides of the main room with a bar counter towards the center. The bar area offers both beer and wine, and they have some nice imported and American craft beer selections. The Duval ale was refreshing to enjoy as it had been a while since I had a glass of that beer. They have a very large walk-in humidor with high ceilings, offering most of the known brands that I enjoy smoking such as Padron, Fuente Fuente Opus X, Ashton, Oliva, and more. The staff is very attentive, assisting me as I had started to peruse the shelves of the various brands currently carried, and placing the sticks I wanted to purchase into a tray to take to the bar counter. I felt relaxed and chill. I have some terrific smokes for my collection. I will definitely be retuning again.

So I was a frequent customer and very fond of the manager. It was enough to be a customer till today. I was treated extremely unprofessionally by the evening male employee, Trey. The encounter happened at 6/23/26 at night. I clearly showed him one of the products given to me wasn't working as advertised, and I never left outside the store. He refused to let me exchange the product, stating "Its not a vape." It's infact one of the products they give for free for giving a 5 stars review. I'm well versed in how to use the product, so it's not user error. I'm over the overpriced Tobacco/vape products, as well as the rude and lazy employees. I will not be shopping here again and will never recommend this to any friends.
