After going a few times I realize this place is no good don't waste your time. I went in because I been having really bad headaches and been dizzy and half my face hurts for a week and all he did was a neural exam no blood test or nothing he didn't tell me what was wrong with me or possible wrong all he say was in a few days if still hurting and not improve go to er to get a cat scan. I told the nurse can I get a referral in a few days if not better she say yes. I call and he refuse to give me a referral for a cat scan he just told the nurse tell her to go to the er the nurse was really nice. Why in hell would I want to go to the er if the er is supper super expensive and have them do other test and a cat scan that would be thousands of dollars I'm still payment and er visit from a year ago why in hell would I want to get myself in more debt.i ended up going to the urgent care in renaissance hospital In Edingburg and even thou the wait wAs long the nurse diagnosed me with and infection and tmj. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. I have been using Urgent Care 4U for 8 years and used to prefer it, but my must recent experience ensures I will never be back. Took my elderly mother to Urgent Care for an infection last week, the door was locked and covered with flyers and papers. Finally tried to read them and saw that they were not allowing anyone in the lobby and to scan a QR code to complete the registration on a smart phone. No problem, I'm internet savvy. Attempted to fill out the form three times, and due to a faulty app or poor internet service, to I was unsuccessful. (Not to mention, to select a birthday, I had to scroll back though calendars to my mother's DOB 70+ years ago, which took forever, I could not just type in the DOB). So I called and asked the front desk is there was another way to register my mother for service. She was an existing patient, so I asked if they could look her up instead. The clerk said no, we had to use the app. I advised her of my issues with the app and again asked for her help, she declined to help and referred me to their website. I asked her if my mother didn't have a smart phone, what would the option be for her if I hadn't been there to help? The clerk responded, "Well, that's why she would need to bring someone like you to help her with that." I was floored. What a discriminatory remark! So an elderly patient who doesn't know how to use a smart phone to scan a QR code and complete an incredibly complicated online form cannot be seen at this clinic. I hung up and immediately left the premises. We found a much better urgent care center that offered compassion and supurb service, so I know I'll never need to darken the door of Urgent Care 4U again. read more

I had a minor emergency and showed up on Saturday morning without an appointment and the receptionist at front counter was very attentive. The physician was very knowledgeable, and I was in and out no time. It was nice not to be overcharged. Overall a refreshing experience compared to other clinics that I have visited. read more

Sorry to say this place is run so unprofessionally. After going round and round about how we have insurance coverage and how they refused to see us unless we paid in cash because they could not speak to someone at the insurance and the automated system which stated we had coverage was not enough. We paid $159 dollars in cash and were told that we could go in on the following business day and get our money back as soon as benefits were verified. They refused to give us an itemized bill for the services we paid for in cash. When we called in on the following business day, we were treated so rudely and were still not able to get an itemized bill or get them to verify benefits. We have been on the phone all day trying to speak to someone in their office with an IQ. Apparently, they are short on people who know what they are doing. Still waiting. No refund, no itemized bill! read more

You'd imagine at the "Urgent Care" that you wouldn't have to wait that long, but during my visit I waited for an hour and fifteen minutes.

Last year I was injured at work, so I was on workers comp. Went in to see these doctors because it's close to home and on the workers comp list (immediately regretted it). Doctor came in with clipboard, and without even looking at me, told me to return to work same day. I was in a tremendous amount of pain. I advised him and he said, "Oh. Uhm, then just don't lift anything heavy." That's my job Doc! Terrible. Recently, spouse went in for infection. They just gave her antibiotics.....which made her worse. So what's their answer? Give her more of the same antibiotics which made her worse. These "doctors" are a complete waste of time and money. I can not believe they are allowed to practice. Will NEVER return and will advise anyone and everyone to stay clear of that place! read more
