This place was AWFUL! Not only do they tell you on the phone that you can just walk in for a Covid test and there is no wait time, that's a BIG lie. You have to sign up for an appointment when you get there. The next time available was 3 hours later. But the real problem was, when I walked in, I was greeted by a male employee with his nose sticking out of his mask. He then proceeded to take his mask off to talk to me.. 1 foot away! I immediately asked him to put his mask on and cover his nose too. He pretended to not understand me. SCAM!! I've been to this location for other needs before with no issues. Nothing was ever super serious, and I was on my way. I came for a COVID test and the whole process was a mess. In total I was probably there for around 4 hours. And I was 13th in line when they opened. I'm not sure what took so long. The COVID test was done improperly. It was inserted into my nose at the wrong angle and it was extremely painful. I told the person doing the test and they didn't seem to care. Afterwards my nose was bleeding for a week. I called the office to report this and they said there was nothing they could do. I've had another test since at another location without issue. All of this I could maybe forgive. My biggest issue and why I'm leaving one star is because this place is SCAMMING patients. They are charging $100 PLUS your copay for rapid testing. This is ILLEGAL. All COvID testing is mandated to be covered by insurance AND they have to test you even if you don't have insurance! They took my insurance info, but NEVER submitted a claim. The visit is nonexistent on my insurance. That is how they are getting away with it. Pocketing about $120 for every desperate person who comes for a test. Oh yah, they also won't even test you if you have symptoms or have been exposed. They told my fiancé to go to the ER. He had a stuffy nose... Will never go here again! read more

So I had to go to this place for the first time to get stitches this past Saturday. The place is not mostly a corona testing center in the area which I did not know. Either way, I figured it's close and it's faster than the ER. The first impression was ok, signs for corona testing and mask requirement were everywhere, the line was not too long and everyone was practicing social distancing, there were sanitizers are at the doors and different areas around, and the rooms were fairly clean, but basic with cracks at corners.. After about 25-30 min, I saw the doctor and he told me it was going to be a 20 min wait. I was fine with the wait, but it took him 2 hours to see me and the whole thing took about 15 min for the stitches to be done. He insisted I come back on Tuesday (today), and promised that it will be a quick 10 min in and out for an evaluation. I even confirmed since I knew I had a busy day at work. So I go today and I only have about a 2 hour window with work which I figured is more than enough. Every single nurse there and the doctor saw me and greeted me and told me it's only a few minutes. Well after an hour and 10 minutes of waiting (30 min in the waiting room, and 40 min in the patient room), I decide to go so I can make it back to work. I get up and as I was walking out, I tell the nurse nicely, "sorry I cannot wait any longer, I am leaving". She looks at me surprised and says "oh you're here?!". The place Haddad about 3 people total when I got there and grew to 7 or so. When I left. it was literally empty (all the other 3 rooms were open and no one was waiting). I tried to control my rage over all this, but ended up calling the place today after I got home to talk to the owner, Sam. His attitude is worse than the service going on in there and hung up on me. It is worthy to note that this place is charging "$170" out of pocket for a same day corona test that they were raving about. I wasn't there for the test and my issue probably wasn't profitable enough for them that they even forgot about the one case that is non-corona related that they had waiting in their office who was also there 3 days ago. I just moved to this area and I have 3 young kids. I hope the money they make from corona is enough to sustain them when they lose good business like mine which is not just temporary. It is so sad to see that even some of the most noble jobs on this earth can be changed into a money-making opportunity and overtaken by greed. Sometimes, it does not matter how good a doctor is as much as it matters his/her integrity, ethics, and reliability. Stop being greedy and run your practice better. Better late than never. read more

My actual experience for a test earlier this week. 08:15 Get in line currently 25 people ahead of me 10:00 Arrive at door and assigned a 12:10 test slot (WTF!) 12:10 Enter building, pay $150 and wait. 12:40 Actual test performed told to come back for results at 1:10 01:58 Test results given after almost 6 hours wait time!!!!! There was nobody telling people in the long line what to expect and you couldn't make an appointment over the phone. BTW, if you were experiencing symptoms (which several people in line obviously were) they refuse to test you!!!! The wait was very long. I was there for 2 hours. The front staff was pleasant and the doctor as well. But the medical assistant Brandon was rude and not sympathetic with my 7 year old who needed a flu exam. We both of checked due to not feeling well. Brandon appeared to be bothered and annoyed that my son was crying because the flu exam is very uncomfortable. He made us feel as if he had not been exposed to many children in the medical office. He didn't care nor did he try to be sympathetic towards my son. Wouldn't recommend to bring children there if the staff appeared to be bothered with their mere presence. Dr Prasad is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. I had a perpetual deep cough and was having a problem breathing. She automatically had me on a nebulizer and Diagnosed me immediately. Dr Prasad prescribed me all the medications that I would need for a smooth recovery. I would recommend everyone to see Dr Prasad. Her staff is very caring and professional. After waiting patiently on the "free walk in Covid-19 rapid test" line for over 3 HOURS, I was turned away due to me being "high risk..." I frustratingly asked the woman at the desk, "why wouldn't anyone working here step outside to explain this or vet the people standing on the lines - instead of making them wait for 3 hours, only to be turned away?" Her answer... a sarcastic & facetious "yeaaaaa, I'm sorrry," "you'll have to go to the ER." Absolutely unacceptable. Wouldn't it make more sense to send staff out to remove "high risk" patients from the line of 50+ people before they have a chance to potentially infect other people on line & waste 3+ hours of their day?!?! One of the worst places I have ever been. Not only are the staff rude, but they will charge you for extra stuff. During Covid, they claimed that Covid testing was free but many people were hit with bills. In our Randolph Facebook group many people talked about how they were given bills even though they were promised free testing. They charge me $300 for a Covid test even though I did not see a doctor. They say most Insurance is accepted and we gave them our Aetna insurance information (major provider); yet they did not submit a claim, it is impossible to get someone on the phone, and when I tried to submit to my insurance; what they provided is not enough to submit a claim. People are very nice but they are overpriced for a standard test; you have to wait 2 hours in the morning on line in the cold so you can make an appointment, they take all your information and yet there is no way to submit a claim. where does one begin.. when you seek medical advice it is because you are not generally feeling well. my husband walked into this urgent care with ear pain, fever & congestion. the medical assistant took us back into a consultation room - was not wearing her mask. took his temperature by shoving a thermometer into his R.Ear (which was wear the pain was) - did not ask what his problems were & took 2 swabs - covid & flu waited 20 minutes for the NP Nicole Morelo to come back with a positive COVID swab. tell us that he can take mucinex D & Tylenol. not once did anyone ask what the pain was like or take a look at his ear now a day later his pain has significantly gotten worse to the point where he can barely hear & round the clock advil is not working. and the facility states because he has covid he can not step a foot inside the facility. where does treating the patients come into account. where does taking care of the patient and not just getting a visit come into play. if I were you I'd go anywhere but here. Whatever you do, do not go here! They were bought by a new owner and in the process they told me I didn't pay them $40 for one bill. They attempted to send me to collections for that $40. Upon pulling up my credit card statements, I actually paid the $40 and on top of that, they charged me in office the total plus also ran the total through my insurance. They were double paid and this is illegal. They owe me $280. Now, trying to receive the refund is impossible since nobody answers their phones and nobody from the billing department will ever call back after I've called approximately 30 times within three months. Trying to get reimbursed $400 ($100x4 family members) for COVID-19 testing after 5 months. They were paid initially by me and additionally by my insurance company for the same service. Multiple phone calls are either not answered or never returned. On the rare occasion that I (or my insurance company) does get thru we are told that the 'billing person' (Sam?) is always out and does not have a back-up. Whenever requesting a supervisor, I was told there is no one to escalate to. Filed complaint with BBB as well. BBB currently has an F rating. I did not have my insurance card which took me a little way to obtain, and this made them extremely upset considering they physically needed my card. The representative for my insurance could not understand why they couldn't type in my information.The girl at front desk emailed my card to herself, and then to old me to wait. when I was finally called to a room the tech or whatever she was asked that I tilt my head. On their website, they have they offer the rapid Covid testing. I called before going there because it says you need an appt. and a virtual doctor's visit before coming to the facility. The girl on the phone said, no, you don't need an appt., just show up. She made sure to tell me it cost $100 out of pocket, in addition to your copay but you get the results in 30 minutes and that there was an hour wait as of now. I get there, and there are people waiting outside, all over the place. The woman calls me in and proceeds to tell me, if I was having any symptoms before hand, they can't test me and I need to go to the emergency room. What are symptoms? They are arbitrary. Yes, I had a headache yesterday, does that apply? Anyway, I believe this facility is for people who were traveling, going back to work, or back to school. would like to give them ZERO stars if I could. I went to them for a RAPID Covid19 test in October 2020. · I got the test done after paying their charge of $100/-. I also provided them my insurance (AETNA Medicare) information. · They submitted a claim to AETNA for $140/- (not $100/-). Aetna paid them $90/-. So, they got a total $190/- against their charge of $140/- · Within a few days of that payment, they sent me a BILL for $50/- - rather than reimburse me $50/- · I wrote them back saying that I don't owe them but they owe me $50/-. · They kept sending me such bills once a month. Each time I wrote back the same thing. · Then I asked AETNA to intercede on my behalf. · The result was a letter from them stating that they are WAIVING the $50/- charge. · I again wrote to them I don't owe them anything, the waiver means nothing, and I still need to be paid back $50/- · They kept telling AETNA that they are looking into it - after seven months! Very bad experience. I called for my daughter to ask if they had the Covid Abbott ID NOW Test. They said yes $100. My daughter went there, asked for the test, they gave her the antigen. Didn't realize the problem until after the results were in. They said the other test was actually $250, they would deduct $100 from it. How ridiculous they are charging. Originally, my daughter had an appointment with Walgreen's for the test, but due to the snow, the technicians called out sick, so my daughter panicked and went here. She needs it for travel on Sunday. Well she declined the $250 test and after much calling, we found a place that took insurance. To make matters worse, this place said we can submit the $100 to insurance. Even though my daughter paid them, they said insurance would reimburse them and she would have her the money from them.
