By dinner time the same day, I had received estimates and was able to make a choice of the replacement system. The installation crew arrived ON TIME and as planned. When do you get THAT in Florida?? They layed out cloths to protect my driveway and garage floor while they worked. They were very nice and polite young me. They worked very well together. Had our new system up and running by mid-afternoon and our life was able to return to normal. I am a very particular individual. I can pick out slackers and spot all the mistakes. That is why I have used Vent Doctor a handful of times, usually to clean my dryer vent. This time I remembered they did air duct cleaning as well. I am glad I remembered because they found numerous issues with mold/mildew all related to my AC company not doing their job during annual maintenances - causing mildew in my air handler and some ductwork. Wyatt cleaned the ducts and now there is a noticeably better airflow AND quality in the house. I have a new AC company coming tomorrow to clean the air handler and fix the electrical issue(s). Wyatt is an awesome individual who always has a great attitude and professional demeanor. He has no issues with answering questions and even brings issues to your attention, usually with a few solutions as well. My name is Steve Rossomando, i called adams cooling on April 15th 2019 for an ac problem , they…read moreresponded and proceeded to pull my ac evaporater coil, and replaced it and then it was leaking out 3 weeks later, Jonathan Krotav who replaced it stated to me he couldnt replace it again because he did not get paid from the manufacturer of the first coil which was nordyne a subsidary of fridgidaire, i then contacted another ac co. by the name of Teague ac systems spoke to the owner Steve, he diagnosed it as a leaking condenser coil not a leaking evaporater coil, also nordyne pressure tested the evaporater coil that jonathan from adams pulled out , ans stated there was nothing wrong with it , so jonathan from adams inc either misdiagnosed the problem or was using faulty equpment to diagnose ac problems either way Jonathan Krotav never reached out to me to correct the problem i had it repaired by Teague ac systems, i dont recommend to use adams inc for ac repair please stay away you wil be disspointed and will be throwing your money away, they are a disgrace to there profession.

Their tech came out & replaced condenser fan motor. Our HVAC was on the temperature that we had thermostat set on, it was as cooling. We were charged $1,665.98 to have fan motor installed. We looked up cost to replace condenser replacement. The cost to repair was estimated at $100 - $700. Peace River were honest & we feel like this company is overcharging their customers & others in the same resort have been charged outrageous prices.
