He does ask if you have an appointment. I explained what I needed and he told me they could help without an appointment. Great! I was directed to the kiosk to check in and get my number for staff assistance. They were 5 staffers working. I noticed that service seemed fairly quick so I was hopeful the wait would be short. If the wait was long, I would have to leave for my other appointment. Numbers are called over a PA system and a board on the wall shows what number is being helped and which window. That's helpful. There is a last call for a number if you didn't hear the original call. About 40 minutes later, my number was called. I was quickly helped and received what I wanted. Not bad at all. One of the main issues is many seniors are not technology savvy and need a human being to assist them. I will say it has enough security features / barriers inside that you can't just walk in. The Front office security definitely needs to show a little more respect and kindness and towards people in general entering the office.
