The current manager is the most clueless person I have ever dealt with working with titles and registration. Claimed he had been doing it 27 yrs but seemed more his first day on job! They make so many errors on VIN numbers it is unreal. If one does not catch it it makes the title unusable ask me how I know. Current manager (guy behind desk in office) has ZERO understanding about VINs and locations on older vehicles and REFUSED to reason, there was nobody who was going to attempt to correct him! In the past I have given this place a pass on errors made but this time he was way off base. The last time I was in they messed up a VIN number on a older car title that was a one owner cream puff. If there ever was a important time for employee's to understand or read proper numbers and letters it would be at the DMV. Wish I would have recorded out conversation. read more

Found this place on Yelp, and yeah, they live up to their great reviews! I called first as I just moved from CA and needed to register my leased vehicle here; it's due tomorrow. AAA's system is down until August :( They walked me through the process on the phone, then I drove up today at 3:20pm and they were able to get me a temporary registration until the paperwork goes through DMV. In late August, I used the power of Yelp to find DCR Titles as I had a plan to move my Grandmother's car from Arizona to California. Gram's car had been sitting in her carport for basically a year and I was going to be back in Phoenix for a wedding in September and planned on driving the car home afterwards. Originally, I thought I was going to have to deal with MVD to do a title transfer, but after a quick phone call to these great folks, they explained to me the best options and with what I was doing, why the title transfer made no sense in AZ. I arrived here with all the paperwork in hand, my handy Yelp check-in bonus and with a big laugh as the dude in front of me tried to convince this reputable business that even thought his "wife" wasn't there to sign the paperwork, they could call or even Skype with her for her approval... It was a hot as hell day and one of the guys here (sorry about the lack on name recall), came out and took of the handicap plates (put them in the back seat) and affixed the temporary "good to drive legally" paperwork to the back window. When I say it was a hot as hell day I mean it was a Labor Day weekend hot as fuck and reminded me of one of the many reasons of why I don't live in AZ anymore. I ended up driving the car up here mid September and put 800 miles on the 2004 Corolla that still has under 21K miles on it. This is a great service but don't kid yourselves that they will do anything shady. read more

These guys are amazing. I have had to go in on four different vehicles and there have been problems and they have totally fix them. Also three different times they have done research and gone above and beyond to save me money. I have never had to wait. Also one time I had a lady that didn't understand that you could buy a vehicle from an LLC and they offered to call her and speak with her. Our Family is from Denver and our son goes to college in Scottsdale --He sold a Jeep during the Fall Semester and purchased a car here in North Phoenix. Went to DMV in Colorado-- they gave me 6 pages of stuff to fill out for "out of state registrations" !!!! I have used their services numerous times over the years and never had any issues, and thought that they were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. However, today i was extremely taken aback, I was in need of a vehicle inspection, they arrived early I was mildly unprepared. no big deal, the gentleman was very short,nonchalant, and expressed no friendliness seemingly in any way. He made the report as necessary, then he proceeded to decline my attempt to make the payment citing that he needed to "make a deposit" t And that I needed to meet him at the office to receive my paperwork and make payment! Are there not other employees which could process my info? If you needed to make a deposit why would you not perform the job aftrrwards? Also why not accept my payment And add more to it? However thw whole point of the service which was requested was to have it performed ON PROPERTY at the convenience of customer. I have had the same inspection on prior vehicles and never have had to vacate my property or had to visit the office if performed on my property. I currently do not have a vehicle that runs which means i would have had to walk from my home and back! He did not even offer to return to collect the pay! It seems he had no desire to make money and perhaps he should adjust his Attitude before he loses more customers by displaying such unprofessional behavior.
