Their "design" services consisted of using the Pinterest photos that we provided and some basic CAD drawings. They didn't show up to an initial meeting, (admitted putting it on their calendar incorrectly, this should have been a red flag), didn't read or respond to multiple emails with important information, didn't incorporate several specific written requests into project plans, and continuously wasted time, but they certainly charged for every minute they may have been even thinking about our project. Of course what we paid would have been a small portion of our overall project budget, but to have received virtually no timelines or final plans, or even basic communication, and to have wasted months of time that could have been used actually planning and completing the project, we decided to cut our losses. Before posting a review, we reached out to the owner, Jeff, (I am always very hesitant to post something that could negatively impact someone's livelihood), but from his defensive response it seems like this is just how they do business, and I feel our experience should be available to anyone considering using their services. Expanding hardwood floor throughout the main level of my house was one of my dreams for the past…read morecouple of years. I had a vision of the spaces I wanted to create. Marcos and Anthony were referred to me by my neighbor. When they came to estimate the work, I very quickly realized that they understood exactly what I had envisionned but were also able to make additional recommendations to address specific areas of the flooring that would need special attention. They also came up with some recommendations on the color to enhance the overall light and visual appeal of the interior and style that I was going for. Part of the work required fixing some of the existing hardwood that I already had, fixing squeaking areas of the old floor and resurfacing it. For the new flooring area, they removed the carpet and meticulously prepared the subfloor to ensure that the installation of the new hardwood would be flawless and free of squeaking area. I was working from home at the time of installation, which took about 10 days, and it was so nice for me to be able to see the progress. It also made me realize the amount of work that went into the project and, while I considered trying to do this project myself, I am so glad I didn't and chose to use Marcos and Anthony instead. What they do is true craftmanship that clearly require years of experience to be able to master. The end result of the project is one continuous perfectly matching floor througout my house that completely enhances the atmosphere/feeling of the house that I know I will love for the years to come. And as far as pricing and value, I don't think it can be matched and I will use them in a heartbeat if I have other projects in the future and will recommend them to anybody who is looking to have a real hardwood floor installed.

There had been very little finish product applied. I asked Marcos at Oregon Precision Flooring to fix them if he could. I was in a hurry, and he adjusted his schedule to accommodate my timeline. He offered to test (in one room) whether his product would work over the last company's product. He ended up fixing the other company's work on all the floors. He really took his time, answered questions, and made sure the floors looked beautiful before he was done. Marcos and Anthony are easy to work with and they are really good at what they do. They are also reasonably priced considering their high quality work and the good products that they use. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with high standards.
