Right when I called I stated the following, " hello, could I ask you a question..." And the lady responds yeah... And I said, "oh ok could I do screen printing if it's a few items and not in bulk... Cause..." And she immediately responds by cutting me off in mid sentence and says, no! And I was taken a back. So I said,"oh I mean for numbers." And she just says, yeah in an annoyed tone. I ask her how much and I can hear her frustration. I mean how am I supposed to know how much their prices are? In other words, their customer service did not seem at all friendly. I personally believe that customer service deserves a majority of my stars. However, please keep in mind that this is an interaction with just one staff. I may have a different experience when I go into the store and is introduced to a more friendly staff member. Once I place an order and get my items, I will update my review.
