I got my phone on Wednesday, and hurried back to the store to get it set up. Piece of cake and it only took a half hour to get two phones working. What a great experience. Says network not available and can only make emergency calls. Have to turn phone off restart and this happens during a call as well so disconnected. Offered a reconditioned phone. Asked for new. Customer service now referred to as care team. An oxymoron Told a warranty would be extended for 7 days. Go to store for 4th time for replacement. None available in all of TMOBILE system. Told could replace with newer model however none of precious payments would apply. So losing another 200+ dollars. Chris found a work around but his superiors not only said no they indicated even the replacement was no longer possible. I asked to speak to Chris superior or regional manager. Obviously I go with the cheaper route. I went in today to trade in the phone and they said I only get a $350 towards the trade-in that's a big difference. The only choices they offered me was to give me back my broken phone and return the iPhone 14 or basically suck it up, not recommended will be changing carrier soon.
