They've really changed their products and obviously their prices. They added furniture in the last 10 yrs and upped their patio furniture also. The one thing I liked about Big Lots was their prices and their ability to have odd ball and weird stuff. Now it seems they are competing with other stores. Their prices are higher than Walmart. They took out the arts and craft sections for kids. I think it was a better store when it was a Mish mosh of random stuff for less. Now it's just like any other store. This inspirations has really great clothes, it is obvious that their employees pick items that are in good condition, especially compared to stores like Goodwill. Yes, the pricing is a little higher than other thrift stores but I think it's worth it. I have consistently found great items here like jeans and work pants. If I'm in the area, I always stop by. Also, since my first review I've never had an issue with staffing in the dressing room. Usually someone comes by to unlock one of the rooms when they see you waiting, all of the dressing rooms are usually full with other people trying on clothes but I've never waited long for my turn. You can save lots of dough buying similar items here compared to buying them from target, card store, or supermarket. For example: egg coloring kits, inflated balloons, bread, crazy glue, bubble wands, paper plates, hair gel, the Sunday paper, electric toothbrush, etc. All these items usually cost more than a dollar. This is not the most organized or cleanest of stores, but it usually has a lot of things in stock. Today I stopped by to purchase some items to put into plastic eggs for an Easter egg hunt. There are a lot of cheap kids knick knacks here. They are great for goodie bags. Thrifting already takes a long time searching for those hidden gems, but add unorganized clothing racks on top of that and it'll take forever. I quickly skimmed some racks and left because I just didn't feel like it was worth dedicating the time to. Luckily, I did find a brand new Fabletics bomber jacket with tags on it for $10. I also got a student discount so ended up paying $9 for it. I visited on Saturday, which is apparently student discount day. I've visited other goodwills on Saturdays and haven't heard of this discount, so I'm not sure if it's a universal thing. At this location there was also some fittings rooms and a mirror outside of the dressing rooms, in case you didn't want to go in. I'm not sure if there were mirrors inside the rooms as well. The most pleasant thing about my visit was the young woman working, it seemed she was the only one there because she was working the register and putting things away on the floor. I didn't catch her name but she had shoulder length brown hair. She was very kind and friendly, she let me know about the discounts that day, what color tag was on sale, and we talked a bit about thrifting. She was very personable and this really stuck out to me. Overall, I probably won't be visiting this location again but if you do, I hope you run into the nice girl who works there!

This location is located in a great location with an accessible parking. We mainly shop here for board games or little toys that we could get for ourselves or for the kids in the family. The store is quite small, and is for the most part pretty clean. The store sells everything you need, besides furniture. I found so much stuff, you could get at any other store. And, here you jsut get it for a dollar. I was able to find notebooks, pens pencils, there's some food, activity books, everything. Staff is a little bit on the edgier side, but they might not understand what is proper behavior, since the staff is mostly Muslim. Despite these small facts, this is a great store that sells everything.
