They have been open for 10 years the physicians are very experienced. I picked the whole body lymph node drainage which starts with massage the lymph node behind the ear to the neck. After taking the elevator (or the stairs), and step out, it will be to your left. Upon entering, I was offered hand sanitizer and changed into a pair slippers. After confirming what I booked my appointment for, which was for a Meridian Facial, I was taken into a room where I changed my top into a towel-like cover up. Just from cleansing my face, I was shown just how much dead skin and dirt came out out my face. I honestly thought I was doing a good job with washing and cleansing my face at home but I guess not! The staff also used a Gua Sha to help increase circulation and drain the lymph nodes on my face, and a lot of time was spent on massaging my face. After, they put a mesh-like gauze on my face and then put a moisturizing facial pack on top of it. I had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes until it solidified enough. Once the staff peeled it off my face, my skin felt super smooth. At the end of the facial, there was also a head/scalp massage. One advice regarding the scalp massage would be to not time it on a day of an important event. Since it distributes the oils on your scalp, you probably know what I'm getting at. The whole experience was positive and relaxing. I did glance at the service menu that they offered and they seem to have a broad range of different things you can try (ie: facials, lymphatic drainage, herbal weight loss treatments, body treatments, and more). With the location being so convenient and the various options you have to choose from, I think it's worth a visit!

You mentioned, "Occurrence of side effect or unwanted result is frequently seen and is NOT a mistake in care. This is also why our patients are informed to hold medication and contact the clinic right away if they develop any side effects or concerns after starting a medication." LIES. When did you ever inform me of such things, that I need to "hold medications and contact the clinic right away" if I develop any side effects or concerns? NEVER. You only told me that once I put it on, it would go away, and that was it. And due to your negligence, that was why I had developed extreme redness. 5. You mentioned, "This is an inherent part of their care and has nothing to do with age or immigration status. We certainly NEVER punish our patients for giving feedback as referred by "repercussion" in your review. So please do not make any unfounded misleading negative statement as such." I never mentioned my age or immigration status to infer that you would punish patients for giving negative feedback. Please stop twisting my words that I inferred you were punishing patients for leaving feedback to turn yourself into a victim. She was pretty fast though which I appreciated (took less than 45 minutes) and I had extra time on my parking meter! One day while I was getting my facial done, I was asking Michelle what the process was like and inquired a lot about the aftercare (because I've heard that it can be a hassle, especially when it comes to cleansing your face). I took the plunge and tried the lash extensions, and I LOVE THEM. I have gotten soo many compliments about the extensions and everyone constantly asks where I got them done. Some of my friends couldn't believe how natural they looked. The lashes took some time getting used to it, but I think it was definitely worth the price I paid for. I love how much time it shaved off from my make up routine (I used to curl lashes, then put on about 3-4 coats of waterproof mascara). The night time cleansing routine got a lot faster, too. Overall - I love getting my lash extensions and facials from here. The staff is professional and the environment is clean. Their bookings are also very flexible and they're open every day! I book my appointments with them by speaking Korean. But they also speak English, and I believe one of the workers also speaks Chinese, as well. I would say that the only downfall is that the parking can be a bit of a hassle sometimes (they have one spot in the parking lot, but when it's taken - you have to find street parking).
