They have been open for 10 years the physicians are very experienced. I picked the whole body lymph node drainage which starts with massage the lymph node behind the ear to the neck. And then move to focus on the lymph node on the neck, then move onto armpit(if you are ticklish maybe choose the only neck option) at the meantime they placed a herbal pot on the belly. After finish the front there's a little massage on the back with moving cupping method. After the treatment I felt rejuvenated and feel very good. After taking the elevator (or the stairs), and step out, it will be to your left. Upon entering, I was offered hand sanitizer and changed into a pair slippers. After confirming what I booked my appointment for, which was for a Meridian Facial, I was taken into a room where I changed my top into a towel-like cover up. Just from cleansing my face, I was shown just how much dead skin and dirt came out out my face. I honestly thought I was doing a good job with washing and cleansing my face at home but I guess not! The staff also used a Gua Sha to help increase circulation and drain the lymph nodes on my face, and a lot of time was spent on massaging my face. After, they put a mesh-like gauze on my face and then put a moisturizing facial pack on top of it. I had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes until it solidified enough. Once the staff peeled it off my face, my skin felt super smooth. At the end of the facial, there was also a head/scalp massage. One advice regarding the scalp massage would be to not time it on a day of an important event. Since it distributes the oils on your scalp, you probably know what I'm getting at. The whole experience was positive and relaxing. I did glance at the service menu that they offered and they seem to have a broad range of different things you can try (ie: facials, lymphatic drainage, herbal weight loss treatments, body treatments, and more). This is also why our patients are informed to hold medication and contact the clinic right away if they develop any side effects or concerns after starting a medication." LIES. When did you ever inform me of such things, that I need to "hold medications and contact the clinic right away" if I develop any side effects or concerns? NEVER. You only told me that once I put it on, it would go away, and that was it. And due to your negligence, that was why I had developed extreme redness. 5. You mentioned, "This is an inherent part of their care and has nothing to do with age or immigration status. I asked her what it was and would it work for me -- considering that every type of acne is different and not to mention, people's skin type as well. I believe, as a consumer, especially for serious matters like this and investing time and money to see good results, we would want more than just "oh this is what i'm gonna do to you." or "this is how much you're going to spend". She did the treatment but the most unprofessional thing they did? She was taking breaks in between because she was talking to her minions about who knows what. And you know how that hurt? She was obviously doing it for the sake of getting it done but not truly focusing on it. She was talking for half the time with one of her employees who came in the room I was in. It was beyond unprofessional but I just let it pass. After the treatment, she told me the basics. So as a skincare enthusiast, I knew what they were so okay.. But when I called in her office the next day to ask her about what products am I supposed to avoid and would certain products be okay, she would just say "yeah, anything would do, whatever it is." I had another session done 3 weeks later and the same thing happened, which was worse.
