Not happy with the service. Will not go back guy stocking the shelf was good but frontline employee extremely rude

It's in-between an Albertsons, Fred Meyer and a COSTCO. Item's are sold in larger sizes than an Alberstons, Fred Meyer but not huge sizes like COSTCO. There prices are very competitive to that of COSTCO. One negative item, their staff is not the friendliest. Management needs to better train them. Ps I'm referring to the Boise, Shoreline Drive location. read more

Fun store when you are wanting a bulk food experience but not wanting the crowds at Costco. About 10% of the items are really well priced. It seemed like 90% of the other things that I am familiar in pricing was over priced. As others mentioned, you dont need a membership here. Bulk meat pricing looked really good, just not sure on the quality as I have not tried it. Great selection of produce as well. read more

If buying large quantities you can find them here, but be careful. Firstly, you do NOT have to be a business owner to shop here. I shop here on the reg. to stock my at home barista station. It's the home coffee artisan's dream. Ghirradelli white chocolate sauce? Davinci sugar free syrups in countless varieties? Authentic Mexican chocolate? Yes, yes, and yes. And, with better prices than anywhere else in town (by quite a bit--Davinci syrups which are upwards of $7.00/bottle elsewhere are less than $4.00/bottle here). I've also been able to get obscure ingredients for cocktails (I had one that called for Lavender infused syrup--and only Cash & Carry stocks such a thing that I could find). To top it all off, I've always found the service to be fast, friendly, and helpful. Awesome! read more

I used to like cash&carry. Came in with my mom and my son thre guy at the checkout yelled at me accusing me of stealing, yelling at my son who is 5 years old. Called me and my mom "f-ing pieces of sh-t" very loudly. He was so mean I felt guilty for even giving bgg him things to scan. I felt sick to my stomach when we left I never thought anyone could be this terrible and while on the clock and to a friendly family trying to grey some stuff. I can't understand how people don't get fired for literally yelling at 2 women and a child. He was cursing at us the entire time. I will Amazon my business needs from now on, I will never step foot inside that place ever again. I spent $500. This is how I got treated. Never again read more

The first thing I'll admit to you is that I live directly across the street so it's a proximately 45 second jump across the street for me. I'm probably a regular when it comes to picking up foods I am craving but did not want to pick up at the regular grocery store because I had a disciplined brain during the grocery store visit. There are plenty of things you can buy that are not in bulk, such as a single container of whip cream or a bag of grandma vanilla cookies. I also occasionally buy a box of inexpensive chicken burritos or a huge bag of pasta shells that I can boil. ( when I move away from this apartment ,I'm sure I'll do a lot better on my keto diet, which yes, is low-carb ) read more

This grocery store is amazing. I came here to find beverage mix options and wow! was I impressed with the selection. They have so many flavors for syrups, coffees and frozen drinks. I love the frozen food section and the staff is very friendly. read more

My husband and I have been doing the Atkins diet for almost 2 months. Because the way of eating is different from the usual 'diet', we are eating many more vegetables and protein packed items. I intially went to Cash & Carry to get heavy cream (the only dairy liquid allowed on Atkins) since it's outrageously expensive to buy a quart in the grocery store. Cash & Carry offers us a great deal on our vegetables and meats, as well as spices AND sugar free Torani & DaVinnci syrups which we use to flavor not only coffee put but protein shakes. I've met many of the staff members, and find the assistant manager Jason to be particularly helpful and pleasant. Parking can be dicey, especially when it's busy, but it's a great place to stock up on necessary items for your own pantry, or your business kitchen! read more

Business and none business can shop here in most case for big families save a lot of money too. So this place is unlike Costco to make a big deal open an account pre pay some money to them in order to shop. They almost have everything you need for your business or your home. Even though I live near Costco, but I go to shopping here once in a while. The price is not too bad, the service is excellent, and the products are outstanding. read more
