But they called and rescheduled me, so no major issues but that could be improved. Amaya was super friendly and helpful. It I'm sick I'll definitely come back to check out their PAs/Drs care. I have made many calls to have them refund the money to my credit card and have yet to receive it. The facility gives me the number to their billing department and the billing department says they are waiting on the facility to acknowledge that I am due a refund. It only took them minutes to charge my card, so they need to refund it with that same energy. I'll never go to this urgent care again.

I really appreciate that as the surgery I'm looking at is very serious and I'm sure everyone would like a physician Who listens to the patient's concerns. Shakira was also very kind at the front desk and very helpful and I appreciated that it's very nice to have someone who is able to make you smile in such a serious setting when you're already anxious and nervous. I called and pointed it out to them to which they replied that a manager would correct it. They then updated it with additional misinformation. I called and shared this as well, was told that a manager would contact me, and I've heard nothing else. That misinformation then caused confusion with my doctor's office. I do wish for things to be documented correctly. This matters a great deal

Although there were just a few people in the waiting room, the wait was a bit longer than expected but still reasonable. Rene was an excellent medical assistant and I wish all healthcare professionals that I meet were like that. He was very kind and did everything to make sure you felt comfortable. NP Kamrin was a bit rude and insensitive to my pain and wasn't helpful overall. I felt like she was on a power trip writing prescriptions for everything on the planet. I was only in my seat for about 2 minutes before being called in to the lab area. Fabia (I think that was her name) was so fabulous. She made me feel at ease, and I didn't feel a thing. She didn't have to hunt for a vein. She knew exactly where to go the first time. I usually get some kind of bruising around the injection site, but not this time. It was a breeze. I will be back in the future if I ever need more lab work.
