It became extremely evident that the minute we changed to a different realtor we were able to sell the property within one month and for the price we wanted. We had a much better personal, to the point, one on one communication without the nonsense redundant spam emails and had no issue with open houses. Its all smoke and mirrors. You are lucky that your careless realtor did not break the 2k AC unit. It's never wise to push any electronics to the limit. You are responsible if you break it. Just a friendly reminder. A good salesperson would never say the things she did. It's always better to accept your mistakes and see if you can do better in the future. This way, at least I could recommend you to others but I cannot due to your lack of effort and acknowledgement. Having too much pride is not the best way to improve business. It took less than 24 hours from walking into the office to signing a lease. Thiago was an amazing broker who explained everything very carefully, was attentive, and made the process incredibly easy. I even got to meet the landlord face-to-face at the lease signing. What I appreciate the most is that this isn't some huge management company, but rather, you really feel like it is family owned and they care about the Astoria neighborhood very much.
