USMR is the biggest scam. Initial contact was suppose to be a conference call. Didn't happen taking advantage of youth. Maintenance/storage fee was quoted at $200/yr. Prepaid it for 3 years and with no notice claimed it went up to $300 and wanted to charge more for the 3rd year once quoted. Purchased gold at $1568 and 3 years later the value increased to $2918. Statement showed a loss. How can that happen when the value increased? Tried calling to obtain an audit for couple of weeks being put on hold for hours, hung up on, and/or never called back lacking customer service. There's a lawyer that even advertises that he'll get your original investment back. What happened to the profit earned? DON'T obtain an IRA. I don't even trust their gold being legit. read more

Sold my uncle $61,000 last July. He died one month ago and we brought it to a coin dealer and found out how the value these coins were so little. Reached out to US money reserve and they explained these are long-term investments. The intrinsic value of the coin itself is what needs to go up not Gold prices... Even though gold prices have more than doubled in the last year !!! It's very sad how they pray on unsophisticated investors who don't have the money to lose. read more

Called for the free brochure. I tried to explain to the employee that we're waiting for a settlement before we invest but he wouldn't stop with his pitch. I ended up hanging up on him. It started out at Christmas 2010 my Father In Law bought 2 Indian head ten dollar gold coins 1910 and 1911 MS 62 for my Sons he has been doing this for about 5 yrs. I was looking at the coins and there was a receipt for 4800.00 I said Wow! So I got online to see what is so special about these coins. I found the exact coins for 800.00 to 1000.00 I told him this company rip him off. He didn't believe me so he checked on it him self he took them to a coin shop the told him the same thing. He told me that a lady from the same company called him once a month trying to sell him coins. So he called her up and told her the story and she said she must of made a mistake, she has been selling him coin for 5yrs. Now she is caught and says send back the coins for a full refund, he got his refund. He has a safety deposit box with many of coins and no receipts HE PAID THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT THERE WORTH. I researched this myself as well as talking with a local coin dealer. When I discovered this, I contacted the business and talked with the Customer Service Manager. Ordered coins when package arrived only thing enclosed was a prospectus.Waited few more weeks and when package still didn't arrive I contacted company and was told in no uncertain terms coins were sent and signed for.Only thing signed for and received was sales packet.Still awaiting resolution of problem. read more

A bunch of crooks. Everhthing they sold me seven years ago is worth way less than what I bought it for. For instance tney sold me a coin for $2600 and it is worth $700 now.
