I got a gel manicure and it didn't even last me 2 days. Really disappointed because I had heard good things. Probably will not be returning.

Despite the unassuming exterior and the easy to miss location on a strip mall, US Nails really delivers. I got a flawless looking spa pedicure from Thea. The pedicure includes a soak, old polish removal, calf massage and scrub, nail trim and shaping, cuticle stuff, and application of new polish for $30. The sign on their door says "walk ins welcome" but when I called they said you have to make an appointment. Great professional service, clean equipment, would recommend. read more

I got acrilyics for the first time and was not happy with how they turned out. I worked the day after I got them done so I couldn't get back in but I walked in 2 days later and they completely redid my nails for me free of charge. Bonnie even let me change my polish color and she was wonderful and accommodating. I will be returning to have her do my nails again and would recommend Bonnie to anyone. read more

First timer - Great salon! Called at 2pm on a Saturday to see if I could make an appointment for 2:45pm (was in need of a post-holiday fill and pedi!) - they were able to accommodate me without any hesitation! Arrived and was promptly greeted and told to pick my color. Pedicure was first. Nikki showed me to my seat and was very kind. She offered to test a few colors for me, as she could tell I was torn. I chose the Spa Pedicure for $30. Included all of the essentials for a true pedicure - massage was very relaxing. Nails were shaped nicely and polish was very neat. Then I moved over to Sarah's chair for my acrylic fill, with almond shaping. She was very kind as well, as all the technicians were cheerful and enjoyed conversation. Sarah was sure to check to see that all the nails were shaped properly, and that both hands matched, length wise - which I appreciated! Was told these owners took over about a year ago, and they are doing a great job! Overall, it was a really nice and welcoming experience. They offered water as a refreshment, did not rush their clients, prices were competitive yet reasonable, were attentive, asked for your approval on shaping, length, etc. and very nice. I am new to Madison - a nail connoisseur - and was eager to find my new salon, which I am happy to say, I have found. Definitely check it out, if you haven't yet, you'll be happy you did. I had a good experience at this nail salon. Everything was pretty standard but clean & tidy. They offer all basic services & they also have shellac nails, which I haven't tried but it's nice that they were up on the trends. The technicians were all male so they had NASCAR on the TV in the pedicure chair area; that was ok but my technician kept turning to look over his shoulder to watch the race, which was a lil annoying. However, he listened when I asked him to be careful with my cuticles, some technicians at other places have actually cut me in the past, and he wasn't skimpy on any portion of the pedicure and manicure, including foot and hand massage. Overall, it was a good experience and reasonably priced and I would go there again. I took off one star because of the NASCAR-watching. :)) read more

I went to here around January 26, 2018 and tried the colorful powder and loved i. So much so that I brought my sister later that day and she loved it! We are going this Friday to get things freshened up. We don't need to they are still great shape we want to try a different color. Both are nails feel stronger, as promised! read more

Recently had a pedi with Jenny including an add-on callus remover (+$6). Throughout my appointment Jenny was preoccupied with managing the other two male employees present in the shop during my appointment. Although she was pleasant, I never got the feeling of being pampered due to the continued distractions catching her attention. To be fair, she did trim my nails and polish to my satisfaction. However, if in the unlikely event I ever return, I will never opt for the callus removal. The bottom of my feet, especially around one heel, were rubbed bare. I even bled in one spot. My heel is still red with soreness several days later. read more

Went in to have a shallac manicure replaced. To remove my previous manicure they used the same file that they use to file your nails down to give you a set of artificial nails. I now have ridges that were not in my nails before I went in. I also feel like the man who did my nails was very rude. read more

I went there to replace my shellac polish. I have had them done twice with shellac while in Quad Cities Iowa and loved it! At US Nails he put my fingers in a bowl of some kind of liquid instead of wrapping them with foil. Then he scraped them so hard that he hurt me and the entire end of my fore finger on my right hand has been numb ever since. I definitely do not recommend US Nails! read more

Went back for a shellac manicure as mine fell off my nails in 2 days. Jenny sent me a text asking me to come back and she would re-do it for no charge. Well, today she tells me I have to pay for the manicure. I showed her the text and she didn't believe it, she called my number as I am sitting there. Still tells me I have to pay for a manicure. While sitting there I have to be interrupted by her kids. I was watching the tv and the youngest turns on the WII. Total disregard for the customers. Not a relaxing atmosphere. read more

My daughter and I came here for a fun outing together. I have only had one or two manicures in my whole life, but my daughter convinced me to have one. The man who did mine was very unprofessional. He basically grunted directions to me. When I accidentally moved my hand and he had to redo a nail, he was obviously disgusted with me. He then he proceeded to tell me in a very condescending manner what to do from that point on. He stomped out of the shop when he was done. His sister tried to apologize for him, but I told her the good work he does doesn't matter when your customer service is horrible. I will never go back. read more

Never ever going here again!!!!!!! I'm half tempted to go somewhere else and have my pedicure re-done. Not only was the guy extremely grumpy, he was almost impossible to understand. I could see the cuticles still there after he was "done" with them, so I asked him to trim them more. Yeah not so much. It doesn't look like he even touched them. And I had a French pedicure with a thin silver line below the white... The big toes look good. But the little ones are ridiculous. Half of them the silver isn't even touching the white and there's silver paint on the skin around them. Never had a worse pedicure in my life! It should have been a red flag when I walked in and NO ONE was there. I myself work for tips, so I know the importance of them. The last pedicure I had (VIP nails Mcf) I gave her a $20 tip (for manicure too) and I really struggled with this. In the end, I gave him $3 which was so hard for me to do! But tips are earned, not a given. Ugh. Really frustrated. read more
