I usually never post reviews but I had to this time to warn others about taking caution to spending their dollars here for service work. The young man who did my nails last week did not care at all about doing a good job. A month ago, a young lady had the same disposition. I told him that I was going on vacation and needed the polish to be long-lasting. He gave no indication that he cared about doing good work or giving good service, period. I've noticed that if you don't like/want gel nails, they will do a poor job intentionally so that when it doesn't last past 3 days they can try to blame you for not getting gel nails. They lack professionalism and pride in their work. In the pics you can see that my nails are looking horrible after only 3 days!!! The big toe, however, was looking like that one day one. Save yourself the frustration. We need to get back to doing our own nails or friends doing nails for one another like back in the day. They don't appreciate our business. read more

It's 4:56 on a Sunday there open signs are on and they close at 6 I believe, but the doors were locked and they sent me away. Just save yourself time and money and get your services somewhere else. horrible service . they cut the bottom of my feet with a razor and tried to apply products to make it better but it made it worse . They only offered 20$ off my feet . This place is horrible. The service is bad. My daughters & I been here a few times just to get feet done I've seen a few people going off about the work on there nails being so bad and the owner doing nothing about it but I mind my business. Last week my daughter went and got her nails done while getting them done she noticed her nails were not looking right so she told the lady who were doing them that her nails were not right & asked if she could fix them the lady kept on doing what she wanted to do so my daughter called me up there when I got there (after seeing picture) I informed the owner my daughter nails look bad can you fix them the owner started acting like she don't understand what I mean then started getting smart which was so unprofessional and uncalled for. How it ended! The owner basically called us animals so I took my daughter who couldn't stop crying to the car & went back in to tell that lady about herself. I could tell he didn't want to from the beginning, but I was just trying to get my nails done and go on about my day. He was grabbing my hands...not pleasant at all. This place is just bad. I told the man by the door with glasses. I wanted to soak off the no chip polish he said no, that I had to get it sanded off. My nails are so weak from always getting the polish sanded off. The guy is very aggressive for no reason. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD....DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! THIS PLACE ID FILTHY!!!I I MEAN NASTY AND THE QUALITY OF WORK IS EXTREMELY POOR!!!! I missed my appointment at my regular nail salon and I have a meeting tomorrow and really needed a fresh no-chip mani and regular pedi. There were so many things out of order with this place I figured I would make a numeric list: 1. Did I mention this place is FILTHY! There is garbage and boxes and used eyelash containers looking at you while you are "enjoying" your pedicure 2. They do not sanitize any of their implements! They use the same tools on your hands as they do in your feet! The have a autoclave but it is there for show because the implements do not sit in there long enough 3. They use the same pumice tool on multiple customers 4. Their implements were so FILTHY I would not allow them to use the nippers to cut my cuticles 5. Polish was SLOPPY!!!! 6. Now I know I would not allow them to cut my cuticles with their NASTY tools but I did ask the technician to please push my cuticles. The technician decided to use alcohol for some reason instead of cuticle remover to push my cuticles and clean up the nail bed so the polish was raggedy. 7. They have clearly never heard of clean up brush so there is polish all over my fingers and toes. And this had nothing to do with my poorly cleaned up cuticles. 8. There is mold behind the sink where you are supposed to wash your hands 9. The floors have not been mopped in ages 10. And the fumes in there was almost unbearable Why did I stay you ask..... This place is horrible!!! A little over a week ago I went to get a fill in & no chip polish. Today, my once light pink nails are now brown!! I went in to show them & ask what can they do for me. This has never happened to me before. I believe the top coat polish they used was old/bad. (Other customers in there agreed with me) The lady owner refused to fix my nails! She tried to make me pay when this was not my fault!! CLEARLY the polish they used was a bad batch. And she insisted that it was MY fault. She kept telling me I must've colored my hair or touched something to make my nails turn this color. NO! My hair is black, not brown! And if i touched something it would come right off!! This place is horrible! They overcharge for everything! I had a nail break two days after i got it done! I go back the man in the front tell me i have to pay because i broke it!! When really they did my nails too thin to begin with thats why it broke!! Then he does the nail and its crooked!! He denys it because he is lazy and all them are! Very racist, not sure on the full story but they refused to redo a girls nails on her birthday and kept making jokes about her skin tone (light skin African American). I do know that the girl had a twin sister who did not like her nails and asked if they could fix one of her nails , supposedly her twin sister had an attitude .. the shop then got these two mixed up and didn't do the girls nails.. they kept saying they would do it but it was plenty people that could've done her nails in the shop but no one ever did . She left the shop with her grandma with tears rolling down her face on her 14th birthday. read more
