I made an appointment online to begin the process of fixing a typo on my card and showed up right before they opened on a weekday morning. Security opened the door, I checked in on my phone (after several email and text reminders about my appointment), grabbed a mask (they're still required here), and was called to a window immediately. 10 minutes and I was in and out. The employee (didn't catch his name) was extremely helpful and fast! Answered all my questions and took care of my issue. He even printed out a confirmation of what he did on his end to confirm, everything was now correct. Great experience all around!

There's a metal gate separating the vestibule from the main area. Just walk thru. There's some haphazard seating but I was grateful for it. It's not going to be a quick in and out. They have to take down a lot of information by hand. Just be sure to get the attention of the officer on duty because there is no number system. Apparently there are people who just hang out there.... I'm not going to judge, it was pretty welcoming. Since it was so small we did not have to wait in long lines and we felt so comfortable even with all of the COVID-19 protocols. Everyone who worked there seemed to be so helpful and nice.
