Please spare yourself! We parked here for a week while vacationing in Mexico. We returned home after midnight, my wife and our 1 year old daughter. We waited for no joke, 30-40mins, for a shuttle to arrive. After waiting and waiting I finally took action, tried to call them but there was no number to be found the people at the airport didn't have a contact number for them either. I watched the other shuttles come and go about 3 or 4 times but no US park shuttle. My exhausted family and I had enough, I took a $20 cab ride one mile up the road. I confronted the lady at the booth who was very unprofessional and unpleasant. She basically laughed in my face and when I told her I wanted to be reimbursed for the cab ride I just had to pay for she again LAUGHED in my face and said good luck... I was SO ANGRY!!! Not only did we travel all day from Mexico my one year old daughter was over is as we were and just wanted to get home. I was shocked at the way they handled the situation I never even received an apology from her or the unhelpful manager I waited 20 mins to talk too! I will never ever park at this unprofessional lot again! Pay the xtra bucks and just park in the structure connected to the airport, trust me it's worth it! read more

This place was ok. There was nothing wrong with our car, when we came home, that was my biggest concern. The price was pretty good. We had the online coupon for $10 a day. It was the drivers that made it a 3*, instead a 4 or 5 *. The first driver was rude, we walked over 5-6 cars where other people were getting picked up. She told us real snotty when we got on the bus, your supposed to stay at you car. Okay we didn't know... I said to her, so drive down a few cars and ask which one is are car and write down the number... whatever to that. She then proceeded to drive like absolute sh*t. I felt like I was in Mexico with those crazy cab drivers! When we get to the airport she was like go over there...? Over where? Wtf we don't travel a lot so we had no idea. What she meant was... go upstairs and over the pedestrian bridge to departures. That would have been helpful, but that's okay we figured it out. When we came home we had to wait almost 10 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. This driver was ok, kinda of muggy and nasty in the shuttle bus. She drove better and was much more pleasant. Like said before price was pretty good. Car spaces are so-so, size wise. I would come back, but I also would consider some where else... read more

I have been parking at US Park for over ten years now but I won't be parking there anymore. In the last few years the customer service has suffered to the point where I cannot afford to waste my time waiting for buses to arrive, waiting to pay because there are only two booths open (and they won't open up another one during peak periods) and rude bus drivers. My most recent episode happened when I was coming back Thursday night. No bus was at the Delta pickup when I arrived. There were, of course, 8 other people waiting also. So, after waiting for ten minutes I called and they said a driver was on the way. Another 5 minutes went by and the bus finally showed up but by now there where about 5 more people trying to get on the bus. I gave the lady my ticket thinking she would organize them by letter and row number and I would get dropped off in the middle of the pack (I was letter I) - wrong! I was last (even though the bus driver went past my row by one letter) . And do you know why? Because I flew out on America (returned on Delta) - the bus driver told me this! She told me that all the Delta customers are dropped off first. I told her that was not fair. She then said she was no where near my row! I said "yes you were because I turned on my car as she went past to warm it up". She was quiet after this. You have lost a good customer US Park. read more

Don't expect to get quickly shuttled to your terminal. The driver had to drive by each car to write down the spot they were parked in on the pink slip! So inefficient. They have got to find a better way. read more

Have parked here several times- always fast service and convenient! All of the drivers seem friendly and communicate well among themselves.

The drivers were indifferent to the customers on the bus. They didn't offer to help anyone with their bags. Fortunately, I was there to help my 60 year old Mom with her bags. If she was traveling alone, she would have had difficulty. The driver returning to the airport didn't acknowledge anyone's presence, instead sitting silently in the driver seat eating a lollipop. At least the wait for a shuttle wasn't long, and the cashier was friendly. read more

NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE US PARK!!! I usually use Qwik Park but decided to give US Park a shot, mainly due to their coupon. My wife and I came home late Saturday/early Sunday. We loaded up the car (the driver of the bus did not bother to offer a hand) and began to drive away. I quickly noticed I had a flat tire. My car is 6 months old and I find it quite difficult to believe that I just so happened to get a flat on my way into US Park. I began to change the tire when a shuttle bus came by. I told her what happened and she offered for me to use their portable air pump. Then she informed me the pump is broken and has been for several weeks. Great. So I resumed changing the tire. Soon after the bus left another arrived. The woman gave me a tiny air pump and told me to "try it." So I plugged it into my car and started using it. She immediately started saying she needs my license plate (I figured she meant drivers license, but was in no mood to correct her). I told her thanks but no thanks and gave her the pump back and sent her on her way. Not more than a few minutes later the security guard arrived. He began questioning why I didn't take the pump. This sent me over the edge. I basically told him to mind his business an do a better job patrolling the lot. He insisted the flat did not happen in the lot. I did not want to waste more time there so I let it be. He continued to sit in his care and stare at me while I changed the tire. I asked him if he needed something, he said no. So I said good, you can leave because I don't need an audience. I finally got the tire changed and we were on our way. But not before seeing my favorite security guard at the gate. He was staring at me while I spoke with the attendant and paid for the parking. Being at the end of my rope, I asked him if he had a problem. He snapped back at me and it was all I had not to lose it on him. We paid and were on our way home. Not once during the entire debacle was an apology offered. I would expect at least an apology and possibly a few bucks knocked off the total. read more

After a short vacation I arrived at my car at US Park at Detroit Metro Airport only to find it wouldn't start. Long story short, AAA towed it to a local shop only to find there was not a drop of gas in it! Someone had syphoned all the gas out, not even enough to start it! I didn't have a locking gas cap, shame on me I guess. I'll never park there again. I had to rent a car to get home! read more

Last Friday, I drive there and are planning to catch a flight only to realize I forget my wallet back home. They allow me to leave without paying and when I come back they know my time is limited and send a shuttle for me immediately. I was able to catch my flight in time. Thank you us park! At 9 am on a Monday, we waited 28 minutes for a shuttle ride from the Southwest pickup area. (13 of which was after we called to ask where the shuttle was) We watched other off site lots send 3 or 4 shuttles by as we stood at the pickup area. Don't use US Park unless you have plenty of time. read more

I park here every single time I fly. I have had zero problems and $8 a day (with a coupon or when you check-in on Yelp) to park is not a bad deal at all. The place is secure and well lit. I have never had a problem and the shuttle drivers have always been friendly. I think this beats parking at the airport, hands down. read more

Would give zero if an option. 12 Yellow bus Airline parking to one US Park. Mob of 50+ waiting and stampeding to get on. I called to notify them and they finally sent 2 more shuttles. Still couldn't fit everyone. read more

waited at Delta terminal with a line at least 100+ deep with people waiting. Several people called and were assured there were 8 shuttles on their way. Other company shuttles were coming and going at a 4-1 rate at least. Waited about 45 minutes and had to fight my way on to a shuttle due to the angry mobs pushing. I've used US Park many times over several years. It's time for a change! read more

We used US Park in November when travelling to Florida. Upon our arrival at the lot until the return and departure the service was, in my opinion, second to none. Friendly, courteous staff. Driver told us at drop off exactly where we would be picked up and the service was lightning speed quick. Will most DEFINITELY be using this service again. In fact, just going to book again for an upcoming trip. Thank you US Park for making this part of our trip hassle and worry free. Strongly recommend this parking facility. read more

We always used US park when we travel because we liked the service and the staff. But this latest parking experience was an absolute nightmare. We came back from a 6 day trip only to find damage at the side of our car. So we went to one of the booths to ask for help. The booth was open but there was no one in there until a female employee started yelling , "stay there, I'm coming!" This person apparently was supposed to be in the booth but was out somewhere. Then she yelled, "I said stay there!" because we were about to go to another booth to talk to someone AVAILABLE. We told her our car was damaged and we need help and information. The woman gave us a very rude response, told us to back up and move to the other booth with the DO NOT ENTER sign because that was where the manager was sitting. So we moved and was met with another rude person, THE manager. We told her our story and she just basically said, as long as it's not one of their transportation vehicles that hit our car, then it was not her problem. I asked if they have any cameras so we can see what vehicle hit our car, and her response was, "we don't have cameras here, we don't use that!" I was in disbelief but those were her exact words. She did not want to be bothered and she was more rude than the first woman we talked to. And her saying they "don't have cameras" in the parking lot scared me. I have used US Park in the past without problems. This time, it was nothing but problems. Upon entering, the lady at the entrance booth asks my airline and tells me where to park without waiting for me to get a time ticket. Then upon leaving, the lady would not let me leave since I did not have a time ticket. Although I had a prior and printed reservation form, which she didn't like, I had to produce my flight itinerary (which she couldn't read since she didn't fly herself), a drivers license, vehicle registration, and credit card. And, the driver didn't wait for me to properly secure the luggage of our 3 person party before she started driving away. Then she yells at me for standing upon, so I told her my luggage wasn't put away yet! After a long flight and late at night, the staff at US Park were not very helpful. I have used them many years ago and was satisfied with their service. Yesterday was completely different and quite disappointing. At the front end/drop off at the airport everything was completely fine but the return to pick up my car was horrible. On my return at the airport the customer pick up point was pure chaos and one of the buses actually drove past and didn't bother to pick up anyone. Once at the lot, we were driving around trying to find everyone's cars (the slip used for locating customer's vehicles had a wrong row written by the original pick up driver) for one of the passengers. The worst part of the whole return was actually trying to pay and leave the lot. Three booths were open; vehicles were backed up in the aisles to leave, total gridlock. I sat waiting for 50 minutes to pay and leave. As I approached the front near the pay booths, I decided to figure the amount of time it took to process each vehicle - average was 3 minutes a vehicle. They need to look seriously at their systems for cashing out their customers. I actually felt bad for the employees at the booth-- can only imagine what customers were saying to them. read more
