Scam company! They charged $184.80 for me to fill out a form. They only sent the form for me to filled out. It's been a month, still nothing has been sent to me. When I called after being told they were a scam company by the National Passport Information Center. You pay $70 to have them only fill out a form, but you then still need to pay $130 to ACTUALLY renew your passport through the government. All this website does is fill out a form for you that you can do yourself for free. Reaching out to them goes nowhere; they don't answer the phone or answer emails. I'm livid. SCAM ALERT! The name, logo, and website for this company is designed to look very much like the actual government website to fool you into thinking you are on the gov site. They fooled me and many others based on the reviews here. I stupidly paid $90 to download a form you can walk into the post office or a library and pick up off the counter for free. I thought I was paying an actual passport fee but in fact, I was paying for nothing. Check out the "Important Notice" on the e-mail attached below - that comes in all of their e-mails. They charge $90 just to "check" to make sure you filled out everything rights. you then have to print it out and still pay the $130 to renew your passport in person. for a total of about $220 They say it's clearly stated all over their site but it's not it does say "application assistance" which is written tiny and not even where I or clearly others would look. And then at the way at the bottom of the page in grey on a white background it states what they actually are which again is not where anyone truly looks so they need they get you to pay $90 thinking your getting a deal on your passport and you don't it's a waste of money and time. read more

I actually hadn't checked this company on Yelp prior to using them, and I am really surprised at everything I'm reading... My experience is night and day compared to the other reviews, and perhaps that's because I have more experience in this area. I found US Passport Online by Googling something along the lines of "Expedite Passport Online Service." I think it was one of the first three results, definitely looked like a paid search. Maybe because I have used other expediting services before, but I never assumed that I was using a government agency. I needed two passports renewed -- one for a child and one for an adult -- and I only had 10 days to do it. I knew that the government would charge a fee, and the expediter would charge a separate fee. If you need to renew your passport in a hurry, I would recommend this company. If you just need to renew your passport AND you would rather do it yourself, just go to the official government site. There is no need to use a concierge service if you are not in a bind, and these companies are often not cheap. Doing the adult's passport renewal was no problem, but I knew that the child's renewal was going to be problematic. A lot of other companies won't even do a child's renewal, from what I've seen. I gave them a ring before filling out the info online, and US Passport Online walked me through the steps and requirements. I called them approximately four times total throughout the process, justttttt to make sure I was on the right track. Seriously, the hand-holding was much appreciated. I did not want to make a single mistake on the documents and potentially hold up the renewal process, and the reps were very understanding and patient with me. Keep in mind that you DO have to make an appearance with a handler in order to get your documents sealed (I called US Passport Online the day before to make sure everything was in order). That is the longest part of the process since you have to physically appear in person during business hours, and you are responsible for doing it. There are also a couple of extra signatures required for a child, but that is all handled on the same day. USPS locations are best for this -- and, yes, they do charge their own fee. You have to make two separate piles for paperwork and it can get complicated, so call the expediter if you have any questions at all! When I was getting my documents sealed, there were a LOT of angry people who showed up with inadequate documentation. Always double-check that you have everything you need, and make extra copies just in case. All in all, I had a great experience and my passports arrived one whole day ahead of schedule. You get what you pay for, and US Passport Online is worth it. Last note -- don't use an expediter if you don't need something expedited and don't want to pay for a concierge service! read more

This is the biggest scam I have come across. They offer a "quicker way" to secure your passport and "easy to follow directions". Not only are they located in a completely different country, which you find out later, but the service is completely pointless. AVOID THIS WEBSITE. This company is not a legitimate department of state agency. I paid $90 to get a DS 82 passport renewal form thinking it was US state department. I try to be very careful about not using third-party vendors when I am capable of following directions. This company appeared to be a legitimate department of state passport, renewal agency and is not. I got my passport application back in the mail saying you haven't paid. In addition, they charge my bank account $90 when the passport renewal fee is $130 which was not reflected in the instructions, I feel ridiculous that this happened, but if I can save one person for making the same mistake, it's worth it. read more

I needed to renew my daughters passport and going through their website made it seem like I could use their service. Aside from being able to print the forms, they were not able to assist me since her renewal needed to be completed in person. It was a complete waste of money. Do not use this to get your passport. You can have it done for free, plus the normal, expected government fee and postage costs. Start with www.usa.gov/passport, fill out the necessary forms, and take them to the post office. They took care of me in less than 10 minutes, with no extra fees. My passport came in only a few weeks, and they returned my old one. It was also easy to get passport photos at one of the many places who offer it, the drugstore in my case. I wish I had checked the reviews first. This web site popped up towards the top on my web search, giving the illusion it is popular and the right way to go. Use the official government site and get it done right with the necessary costs. They eagerly took my money, and I've never heard from them again (although I stopped working with them so I never tried to contact them anymore). read more
