From the pick up at airport, The organized bus pick ups for excursions, private rooftop parties, private pool parties at top hotels, this was just amazing. I cannot wait to experience it again. I would love to see things I didn't get to experience on this trip.

Advising do's and don'ts. Understanding what the country policies were around Covid 19 protocols to speak of before we even go on the trip. The customer service was fabulous. Now lets get to the fun part. They created a WhatsApp chat for all travelers to stay in contact. The organization of the excursion was great. I went to Abu Dhabi, Old Dubai tour, New Dubai tour, and Dune Bashing and dinner in the dessert. Rode a camel and a henna tattoo. This trip was worth every penny. I would certainly use Atlas Travel for any large bookings because they do all of the leg work for you with professionalism and perfection your travelers will have a wonderful time. I could go on! At 1st glance that ship was very clean and fresh. Plenty of smiling faces around and everyone was happy to be there. As per the usual we had to get acquainted with the ship and find our muster station. (that was easy) Now on to some food and drink. It was raining but we made the best of it and most did. Room time! Spacious and well kept. Large port window and the standard bedding. (We did NOT have a fridge!) We asked our porter and he said "it was broken so they removed it" WHAT!? Ok :( The club was great every night and the white party even better! This is a small ship but still a fun ship. If its close to you, take a chance on it if you like smaller crowds this is the one for you! See you Soon!

First and LAST time on a Margaritaville cruise…read more The port parking was easy to find. We parked and checked our luggage with the porter. We entered the terminal to check in. Check in was easy but busy. We were assigned the time between 12pm-1pm to check in. Once on the ship, it was down hill. We went to our muster station, which was not labeled to find easily. Completed our muster. Then we went to get lunch from the buffet. The options were limited at the actual buffet area where you serve yourself. They had the buffet, cheeseburgers, tacos, pizza, and sandwiches. The food was mediocre at best this day and throughout the week. It was a struggle to find something to eat that was edible and tasted good. Even the jello was tasteless. Once our room was ready, we went to it. Luggage was not there upon arrival, but it arrived shortly after. It was a struggle with the AC in the room from the moment we checked in. We told our room steward immediately, who said once the ships sets sail, the air would work better. That never happened. It was consistently warm to hot in our room. Guest services was notified a few times via phone and in person. But it was not fixed. Not even sure someone came to our room. We waited several times but we never made contact with the person who came to "fix" it. We made the best of it but it was not comfortable at all. Most of the time we were hot and sweating at night and while in our room getting ready for the day or dinner. Mohamad was fantastic! He was our room steward. He took amazing care of us and our room. Our room was always clean and we always had fresh and clean towels! Entertainment was lacking for sure and limited. There was a lot of time where there was very little to nothing going on and to do. The excursions through the ship were limited as well. We picked to do the Margaritaville Resort in Nassau. We walked off the ship and through the port to transportation. This part was easy and well organized. The resort itself was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was nice and not crazy crowded. The beach was another story. Absolutely packed and barely room to walk down to the waters edge. Not sure if it's only for Margaritaville Resort guests and day passes or if it's open to the public too. Drink package felt pricey at $360 for 4 days, and this was on sale. We had two port days, one embarkation day, and one sea day. I would NOT ever cruise again with Margaritaville.

My experience is night and day compared to the other reviews, and perhaps that's because I have more experience in this area. I found US Passport Online by Googling something along the lines of "Expedite Passport Online Service." I think it was one of the first three results, definitely looked like a paid search. Maybe because I have used other expediting services before, but I never assumed that I was using a government agency. I needed two passports renewed -- one for a child and one for an adult -- and I only had 10 days to do it. I knew that the government would charge a fee, and the expediter would charge a separate fee. If you need to renew your passport in a hurry, I would recommend this company. If you just need to renew your passport AND you would rather do it yourself, just go to the official government site. There is no need to use a concierge service if you are not in a bind, and these companies are often not cheap. Doing the adult's passport renewal was no problem, but I knew that the child's renewal was going to be problematic. A lot of other companies won't even do a child's renewal, from what I've seen. I gave them a ring before filling out the info online, and US Passport Online walked me through the steps and requirements. I called them approximately four times total throughout the process, justttttt to make sure I was on the right track. Seriously, the hand-holding was much appreciated. I did not want to make a single mistake on the documents and potentially hold up the renewal process, and the reps were very understanding and patient with me. Keep in mind that you DO have to make an appearance with a handler in order to get your documents sealed (I called US Passport Online the day before to make sure everything was in order). That is the longest part of the process since you have to physically appear in person during business hours, and you are responsible for doing it. There are also a couple of extra signatures required for a child, but that is all handled on the same day. USPS locations are best for this -- and, yes, they do charge their own fee. You have to make two separate piles for paperwork and it can get complicated, so call the expediter if you have any questions at all! When I was getting my documents sealed, there were a LOT of angry people who showed up with inadequate documentation. Always double-check that you have everything you need, and make extra copies just in case. All in all, I had a great experience and my passports arrived one whole day ahead of schedule. You get what you pay for, and US Passport Online is worth it. Last note -- don't use an expediter if you don't need something expedited and don't want to pay for a concierge service!

My husband and I were scheduled to travel Nov 26th, for the Christmas Markets Tour in several European countries for two weeks. We are very sad for the war and all the people affected and are praying for their safety & hostages returned unharmed. We are terrified to travel under the circumstances. We are very aware in 2016 terrorists did strike in Berlin at the Christmas Markets. Therefore with terrorism/safety being the reason to cancel our trip we are hoping the agency will be understanding to refund the deposit since this is out of our control. The circumstance/reason of not canceling any sooner is the State Dept just announced Today the traveling warning world wide to Americans.
