Out of five recent orders, four have had back ordered issues to include now they're telling me that they can't even make a US Air Force name tape because it's back ordered. If something is back ordered, and/or not in stock, probably best to not let someone buy it online and give them a fake shipping estimated time of arrival. Concerning gear and general customer service, this U.S. Patriot Tactical location is good like the rest. I do have a bone to pick with the barber services, however. I wish I was exaggerating with the timeline but I waited about 25 mins to get seen which was fine--the line was kind of long. When I got called up, the gentleman who was to cut my hair left for about 5 mins, came back, began cutting my hair, and then would leave periodically multiple times. When he was present, he couldn't talk to his colleagues and cut simultaneously and the entire ordeal was about 1.5 hours with about 10 minutes dedicated to actual cutting. On top of that, I specifically noted I wanted a "low-skin fade, don't touch the top, and leave the part intact." He acknowledged understanding, then proceeded to entirely cut off my part entirely, and failed to blend correctly on the right side. It's going to take longer to grow my hair out and fix his mistakes than it took to complete the course I came TDY for. My buddy got his cut at the same time with a different barber and was quite happy with his results so it may be barber specific, but beware. I spent more money on a PX-quality cut for triple the wait time. Choose wisely. read more

I will begin with telling you my initial experience was bad. Like really bad. However, the turnaround was a full 180°. The conflict has since been resolved and I am quite satisfied with the ultimate outcome. For me (a Specialist in the ARMY) I've been conditioned to wait, however the lack of automated feedback was something to behold. After calling through the website and talking to a customer service rep; I was told that I would get an email and updates. This did not happen. I was charged for an order before it was processed. Weird, I know. The next step I took was calling the manager at the local store on-post. Turns out she runs 5 stores, and she was as professional as she was helpful. She got me in touch with three corporate personnel and promised me resolution, which did in fact happen. One of those three personnel was Director of Retail Operations. He corrected the issue (my order was in limbo because it was not in stock and was not going to be because I had selected a color that did not exist). I got the same product in the alternate color. This was satisfactory because I was looking into the product for its function. Additionally, the company and its representatives were collectively very flexible and polite to me about the issue. I was offered store credit for my grievance and at no point when I went to redeem the before mentioned credit, did I feel judged or weird about doing so. The manager was eager to make sure I got all that was promised to me. I was also put in touch with a very nice representative to work out Next Day Air logistics. All-in-all I will say this: The company would benefit tremendously by consulting with coders and their logistic teams to revisit the issues that exist on there website. The company itself is made up of professionals and their products are great. I will likely be shopping exclusively with Patriot Tactical for my tactical needs, because they've earned my respect and trust. read more

He did a great job getting me answers to my questions and addressing my concerns. I ordered Rocky Predator S2V Combat Boots (Coyote Brown) and my order was placed Thursday April 26, 2018. Here is my experience which was a complete nightmare. US Patriot Tactical advertise that they have quick shipment. That wasn't the case for my order. I paid extra for 2 day shipment. My order didn't arrive on the estimated time, I was refunded. Not only I called once, not twice but three times to figure out where my order was. First two times, the operators told me "It should be there tomorrow". Tim Haney made my order a priority to fix it and figure out where my order was. Here did a great job. When calling customer service, I was told that the price I paid did not include all of the parts that were in the item's description. This is either false advertisement or blantant thievery. Details below: I called to confirm an item was in stock and available before I ordered it and was told it was in stock and would ship within 24 hours. 72 hours later I called to get a status update and was told the item was not in stock, but would be available in a week. Since I couldn't find it anywhere else I decided to wait it out. Called back a week later and was told there was a delay at the factory and their receipt of the item was running late. Dude told me he had a tracking number of the shipment and it would be in their warehouse the next day, I was the first customer in line, and it would be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Called back three days later and was told the item had never been shipped and wouldn't be available for another month and a half. Lie after lie after lie. Paid for basically overnight shipping, only received a plate carrier hanger I had ordered, none of the other items. Spent about 3 hours on hold before getting someone. Had multiple excuses as to why in-stock display is incorrect. I know those to be untrue because this has happened to me and others with the same company before. Should have remembered that when I ordered. I did thankfully receive a refund for all items not received but basically paid $25 to ship an $8 cost hanger. I have not delt with this store before but they were absolutely wonderful. My son just graduated from boot camp at Ft Jackson on Oct. 31st and couldn't find his size for new boots on base. He was shipping out the 1st so he wanted to get a new pair of boots. We came here and a woman who works there but just got off helped my son anyway. She worked with him to make sure his boots fit appropriately. She educated him on how to find the right fit. She was phenomenal and I was glad we had the pleasure of working with her. When it arrived it had the wrong badge on it. I cannot wear the badge thats on it. I have not since been able to get ahold of their customer service to even see about rectifying the issue. Because customer service was unavailable, I checked online to see if my order was being tracked there. I signed in, and an old order was still marked as "processing" even though I had received it over a week ago. The order in question is still "processing". When I clicked "more details", two of the items are out of stock until 6-weeks from today. They gave me no indication the order was out of stock when I ordered it 3 weeks ago. It would have been good to know that my order was over 2-months away from being in stock when I paid for quicker shipping. I am very disappointed in their website, customer service, personnel and communication. They took my money, did not tell me items were out of stock when purchasing them, provided no communication on the expected delivery date (which is at least 6-weeks away, when items are in stock), and have an outdated website (old order "processing" when delivered over a week ago).
