He was rude to customers, acted aggressively toward the chef, and created a very uncomfortable environment. What's worse, he kept asking me for tips several times, which felt inappropriate and pushy. I also noticed signs that they may be selling illegal items, which is a serious concern. This place needs to be reported and investigated. I knew he'd be busy, being in season, so I figured it would be at least a week before I'd be fit in, but Mark scheduled me just a couple days later, and showed up right when he said he would. Not only was Mark friendly and funny, but he also answered all of my questions and explained everything that he was doing. I felt extremely confident in his opinion of my system and he made all the proper adjustments after another company sent out a poorly trained lackey the prior year that screwed everything up. Mark, on the other hand, really knows his stuff, and won't hesitate to let you know what he thinks. Trust me when I say I wanted to know everything he thought!
