I first called Warren's Heating in the middle of a horrible winter night when our boiler stopped working about 15 years ago. We could not get anyone to come to the house. He was busy that night but also took the time to help us fix the problem over the phone until he could come to the house. Since then I've always used Warren's Heating. So...had them come out in September to service the heat. Said everything was fine, great furnace and doesn't need to be serviced often. This weekend out heat just stopped working and of course we figure it out Friday night. Called and left a message after I opened up the furnace and saw that the intake tubing was disconnected from the intake pipe. Anyway, I spent Saturday morning figuring it out myself. $40 part and once replaced, everything worked again. I'm annoyed because of a few things 1. Why was the tube disconnected from the pipe 2. If it was disconnected at the point of service, why didn't he put it back 3. If he disconnected it himself, why didn't he put it back I don't open up the furnace for fun, so it wasn't us who did it. I called Warren's to get a quote on the annual oil furnace maintenance. Left a message and he called me back within 10 minutes. I knew he'd be busy, being in season, so I figured it would be at least a week before I'd be fit in, but Mark scheduled me just a couple days later, and showed up right when he said he would. Not only was Mark friendly and funny, but he also answered all of my questions and explained everything that he was doing. I felt extremely confident in his opinion of my system and he made all the proper adjustments after another company sent out a poorly trained lackey the prior year that screwed everything up. Mark, on the other hand, really knows his stuff, and won't hesitate to let you know what he thinks. Trust me when I say I wanted to know everything he thought! His service was fast, thorough, and he didn't leave a mess. I look forward to having Mark out every year for the annual maintenance. It's good to know I've got an honest business man I can trust if I have any issues with my furnace. read more

Mark came out to my house quickly to fix a problem with my heating system. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my issue within a short timeframe and I felt comfortable asking him questions about my heating system. I will definitely have him come back to do my regular maintenance visits in the future! In the past I have felt pressured by other companies. I did not feel that way with Mark. read more

Warren's Heating arrived right on time for my yearly cleaning. While performing the cleanout Mark didn't like the looks of the water level sight glass on my boiler. On a hunch he took it off and discovered the bottom inside glass had eroded literally paper thin and was probably within days of breaking. This would have been a disaster causing hot water to pour all over my basement floor. Mark was good to his word for being there on time if he didn't get lost, Mark called asking me to tell him how to get to the house as he is yelling and swearing at me and telling me that my boiler is a piece of crap ( who doesn't have gps in this age) at this point I hung up on him. I mentioned the ordering of a part is what it is, that wasn't the problem. The problem was this asshole yelled at me for going to another company WHEN I NEVER SAID I WAS GOING TO ANOTHER COMPANY. He is one of the worse person to call for any kind of service. He is rude, loud voice, and cheat you right in front of your eyes. He will come for annual oil furnace maintenance and charge you three times more than others, and always looking for replacing the parts even if you do not need the replacement. He just make up that such and such parts need replacement and will replace it without your permission. and just make the triple money. He quoted me 185 for cleaning and he charged me 200 on top of that for replacing the parts, which he did not need to replace. He is a fraud y and cheater. read more

I called a couple weeks ago regarding some issues I was having with my steam heat and boiler. As a friend recommended you this was the first time I'd ever called and dealt with you and your company. I called the toll-free non-emergency number listed on the website (781-878-1443) and was greeted immediately with someone asking what I needed. I quickly explained that this was our first winter in the house and we have an oil burner for steam heat. That the heat was making very loud banging sound and was leaking some water from two of the radiotors. Outright you said that "you're over filling the water" and when I explained that isn't the case and we've actually had to keep adding water to it you instantly said "you need to replace your boiler" then asked how old it was. When I said I wasn't sure offhand and that it was our first winter in the house, you rudely interrupted me to let me know how busy you and everyone else are right now with calls from people. I was then tired of dealing with your rude attitude, let you know I'd be taking my business elsewhere, and hung up on you. So no, counter to the voicemail you left me it wasn't due to being "nervous-pants about having to change a boiler" it was because you wanted to diagnose an issue with very little information and were rude about. If my boiler has to be replaced then so be it, but I'm not hiring you to be the one to do it. P.S. to Mark: you may want to make sure you're calling back the right number before leaving a voicemail yelling "Stop fucking calling me." I found Warren's Heating & Air Conditioning through a Google search. In the interest of full disclosure and honesty, I will state upfront that my central air conditioning issue occurred at around 7:30 pm on July 3rd of 2019. I didn't actually expect that I'd get anyone to come look at it immediately, BUT their website boldly advertises 24 Hour Service... So, since I suffer from multiple sclerosis and require an air-conditioned environment during the summer, I gave them a call and left a voicemail. When the man returned my call, if he had simply stated that he was off for the holiday I would have understood. However, as soon as I said 'Hello' he launched into a ridiculous, unprovoked tirade about how I should not be expecting him to just come and land his helicopter on my roof to fix my problem; and that whoever else I might try calling would tell me the same thing. He went on to inform me that it was all the Brockton people (I live in Brockton) who give him nothing but trouble; and that he had just gotten off the phone with another Brockton customer who had been requesting his licensing number for some paperwork. All of his arguments for why he felt he couldn't dispense the requested information sounded very valid to me but... the problem was NONE OF IT WAS ANY OF MY BUSINESS. His tirade went on for a full five minutes and he concluded by telling me that he would 'put me on the schedule' and I would be receiving a call from his office in the next few days. Needless to say, I never received that call, nor did I expect to. I simply made another few phone calls that evening and successfully arranged to have another company come by the following day. And yes... this other much better company did, in fact, happily do the work on the holiday despite the dire predictions to the contrary, from Warren's company.
