Yes, it is pricey but so is gas!! You need gas to transport items. The service has always been excellent. It is a very busy location so you might have to wait a few minutes but they have always been very helpful. I've taken advantage of shipping, faxing and Amazon returns at this location. Never a problem and they know their stuff. Parking is hectic but there are a lot of business in this small plaza. read more

In mid October of 2023 I used the UPS Store in Rockland, MA to return two items to Amazon. I have done business with this particular store for the last several years. On 11/20/23 I received an email from Amazon saying they did not receive one of the items. Because Amazon had already refunded me for both items I threw away both receipts (my fault). I went back to this store and explained my dilemma. I gave the male employee the bar code that Amazon provided me for the return. He told me I never used this barcode for the return and to take up my complaint with Amazon. I gave him the barcode used for the other return in hopes that he could pinpoint tracking info on the missing package (Both items were scanned within one minute of each other). He then told me this barcode was never used for a return. Needless to say a small argument followed and I left without a resolution. The employee was pretty arrogant, dismissive and unwilling to provide any help in resolving the issue. He repeatedly told me to take it up with Amazon. Just last week I dropped off a separate item to return. While waiting in line I heard a female customer complain about a missing package that she had shipped to FL. I don't know if this UPS store has history of losing packages but I do know the experience I had today will prevent me from doing any future business with them. I guess they feel they have enough customers where they can afford to lose a few here and there. Just my opinion but I'd go elsewhere to do business......... read more

I'm a print or pre-pay at home kinda guy, so I've never spent a dollar at this location. Services like print and copy, materials for packing or anything else set by local franchisees are out of my customer wheelhouse. So, how the five stars? Customer service, baby! Super friendly, proficient with experienced shipping pros (ahem, ME) and patient with people with lots of questions (looking at you, Cargo Shorts Guy who didn't understand how there could be three prices for one package). Plus, they've clearly marked six foot distancing spots in the small lobby to ensure everyone keeps their space for COVID. As a side note, I noticed a few reviews dinging them for the strip malls parking, as if they have any control. Not to knock, but c'mon - the lot is large enough, and really has nothing to do with UPS. read more

The 4 star view more reflects the location and HORRENDOUS parking situation as the 2 employees working are friendly and helpful and I was in and out of there. There is a fairly decent size parking lot but with more than 9 busy business with many customers coming in and out inclusive of a gym, pizza shop, liquor store, vape shop, nail spa and laundromat finding parking is a feat and I'm surprised they don't have brawls in the parking lot...maybe they do, I didn't stay around for long. If it's snows then it's even worse. I've never seen a worse plow job. read more

These are franchises so the prices seem to wander depending on where you go. You wouldn't think it would vary that much but it does. I brought a package to them (car part -large but not that heavy). The kid looked confused and after some futzing, he quoted "$170" to get it to Illinois. Sounded high so I left and hit the UPS store in Weymouth. They quoted me $45. I still had to clear it with the buyer so I left. A few days later I was near UPS in Rockland so I went back in figuring the kid was new. Similar deal but now it was $150. Went back to Weymouth and saved $100. Doubt I'll go back. read more

Price gouge city. This location must be independently owned as a black and white single sided print out here will cost you $1.60 + tax instead of the $0.15 + tax charged at every other location nearby. Unapologetic worker which is fine - everyone has to make money somehow. read more

Scheduled an appointment to get some documents notarized. Showed up and they said they are no longer taking appointments. We asked why they didn't contact us on the phone number or email that we left and they blatantly lied to us and said they tried too. Wouldn't even look us in the eye when he said it. read more

This location lost an expensive package during a cross country move. Had to fight for a few months to prove my case and receive a refund for the box (even though insurance is placed on the items per their policies). Even after being approved for the refund the store then charged me to send a refund check! Horrible customer service. Just be careful here, this "franchise" does not follow UPS POLICIES! read more

Every time I've come here, the employees are helpful and pleasant. One employee in particular remembers my name even though I don't come in very often. Great service, it's nice to see friendly employees once in awhile. read more

First time coming to the UPS store, the employee was really nice and helped me get a photocopy in a a matter of seconds. However, today being my second time coming to this UPS Store I was disappointed. I needed to print a picture, a picture of a document, in a full-size print paper. The employee behind the desk attempted three times to fit the picture to the full size of the paper, yet failed. I paid for the third piece of paper merely because I felt bad, but it wasn't a good job. I would say that 1/4 of the sheet is still blank, not considering that the picture is grainy and of low contrast. Perhaps it is the quality of the photo, but in an attempt to deliver good customer service the employee continuously tried to print something that wasn't to the satisfaction of the customer, me in this case. Next time, if i knew to photocopy or print something I would hesitate to stop by this UPS Store and would rather do it at the convenience of my home and printer. read more
