My wife became agitated at the incompetence of the crew and then Marty (lead) said " we shouldn't even have done the job for you" They damaged numerous pieces of plates and cups and my IKEA standing desk does not work at all. I am totally pissed off about the lack of leadership on the move. I worked for a moving company years ago and you have to have a COMPETENT OPS manager on site to ensure with the customer that all will be handled professionally ----they did not. My desk is still not operational and I am disgusted with the move and by the way it was move of 12 minutes total with an easy PU ...and easy delivery point.
