    literally, the dumbest idea ever. pay 800$ to put your boxes in one large box that you have to pay…read more$230 dollars for them to bring upto your apartment (how am I supposed to transport a box that is 5 feet by 4 feet by 5 feet??) and throw away. Wasting money. Total sham. I was told 2 weeks, and I wont be getting my stuff until almost 3 weeks. I actually cannot believe I paid these people a dime. Highly unrecommended, unless you like lighting money on fire.

They went above and beyond. I JUST unpacked my crate with the paintings that prompted me to use them over a regular mover in the first place and I can't overstate how much care went into packing them. They went the extra mile. Even the guy who delivered the pallets to me in Seattle said he could tell true professionals prepared my shipment. I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. If I ever move back east, I want these guys to take care of my move. Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

    Initially, my experience with this company was very positive. The technicians were scheduled to…read moreclean the air ducts and dryer vent (my dryer was not drying well so I thought this might help). They arrived on time, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. At the time, I felt confident that the service had been done thoroughly. However, the dryer vent cleaning did not help so a few weeks later I called a dryer repair service who confirmed my dryer was working effectively and suggested disconnecting the dryer vent ducts to check for an obstruction. When we did, a significant amount of lint was removed--far more than should have been present after a professional cleaning. This was extremely concerning, not only because the service was expensive and clearly not completed to a quality standard, but also because we were unknowingly put at increased risk for a house fire while believing the vents had been fully cleaned. I emailed photos to the company. Their response was that they would need to come back out and redo the service - that we could easily 'stage' a photo like this. I declined, as my husband had already cleaned and replaced the ducts, leaving nothing for them to redo. Despite this, they refused to offer a refund, partial refund, or credit. Additionally, the woman I spoke with was very rude, repeatedly interrupting me, raising her voice, and not allowing me to explain the situation. She seemed more annoyed with me than concerned about the situation. What makes this even more troubling is that during the initial visit, the company recommended additional treatments for 'possible' mold based on their findings. Given what we later discovered, I no longer trust their assessment or their work and will now need to pay for a second opinion. This entire situation was unnecessary, stressful, and costly. While I am disappointed about the lack of refund, my greater concern is for other clients--especially elderly individuals or single parents--who place their trust in this company and may not have the ability to verify the work themselves or afford to pay someone else to correct it. As much as I would love to be able to recommend this company, based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. Update: While I very much appreciate the quick response to my review from the business owner, unfortunately, much of the information in the response was inaccurate as it relates to my conversation with his staff. A follow up call from the owner to dig a bit deeper into the concern would have gone a long way in restoring trust in the company and moving things in a positive direction. That did not happen.

    everything is ok.. except the dryer.. i went to do wash and then dry and i opened up the screen…read morewhere the lint accumulates and it was full and not cleaned out.. i was super surprised .. i guess they dont do that hole?????? weird??? other than that everything was good.
