So horrible that I don't understand why that woman behind the counter is allowed to work. Someone should pay her to stay home. Whenever you walk in the office, you feel as if you have stepped inside the demilitarized zone. You're not greeted and there is no acknowledgement of your presence. When she feels it time to talk to you, the customer, there is always an attitude in her tone. I have often wonder why I continue to do business with this company at all. I will say, however, that the Laparkan service in the Montegobay Jamaica office is by far the best. But sad to say, I refuse to use Laparkan shipping until they adjust or train the Mount Vernon Staff on how to provide proper customer service. I will not spend my money with any company that treats me with such disrespected. Not once, but at three times in one year by the same person.
