Front of the building- open until 3 on Saturday

Happy this place exists- I mostly just drop packages off after paying for shipping online, but happy they are open especially with the nearby post office "temporarily" closed (for almost 2 years now) This drop off/pick up center is open on Saturday when most other usps places are not (we are all working people USPS, why can't you be open any time after usual working hours during the week? Only 9-5? Really?) This place usually starts sending your packages out for shipping1-3 business days after you drop them off. I don't have experience picking up packages, and the building could use a face lift, but it works for what I need. Thanks for being open!

The lovely view while waiting on line.

Picking up a package is like waiting for your birthday . Even if their are only three people in front of you .

My second time here, and my first time was an AWFUL experience. The person at the window obnoxiously dropped my phone through the little opening at the bottom of the window, and didn't even acknowledge/ speak to me the whole time. Today, I went again (unfortunately) and had another awful experience. The person at the window was saying "next" to the people in like with such misery in her voice. By the time I approached the window, I walked up before she had said "next", and instantly said " I did not call "next", so I don't know why you sped all the way over here like you own the place. You need to back up from the window and wait your turn" with such attitude. Now I get working with the public can be frustrating, but I never think it's professional to speak to people like that. Let alone when you work a federal job. She seemed miserable, exhausted, and annoyed at everything. Praying she finds peace and happiness soon.

He refused to do the job that was asked of him and kept dumping the responsibility on other employees. He wouldn't even allow a paying customer to use the restroom, which is completely unacceptable. The only person who showed any professionalism was the woman in the back, who went far beyond her duties to help because the manager wouldn't. She was the only reason this visit wasn't a total disaster.

I asked the person who looked like the manager which drawer or tray I should use to copy the back side onto the same sheet. Instead of answering my question, he spoke to me like I had never used a copier before, telling me to "just put the ID on the glass and flip it over." I asked again, trying to clarify how to get both sides on one page, but he just repeated the same thing and walked away. So I followed his instructions: copied the front, flipped the ID, and placed the first copy in the feeder, assuming it would print the back on the same sheet. I ended up paying another 85 cents just to get a duplicate of the front side again. At that point, I was clearly frustrated. Another employee came over and told me it's not possible to make a front-and-back copy of an ID on one sheet using their machines. I asked why no one mentioned that in the first place. His response? "You didn't talk to me." Seriously? This isn't the first bad experience I've had here. A while back I asked for paper maps--the kind they used to have near the entrance--and the staff acted like I was imagining things. This location feels like it's falling apart. There's constant employee turnover, and the focus seems to be more on handling Amazon returns and UPS shipping than helping customers with actual Staples services. Then when things go wrong, they just blame corporate. Disappointing.
