    RUDEEEE is and understatement if the employee's aren't having a great day they should stay home .. Don't take on a ppl person job if u gone b nasty and disgusting to the customers I came in for a passport renewal and had and appointment for 11:30 ... I walked in about 11/11:05 there wasn't any one b4 me so i was instructed to sit and wait for my name to b called after every customer came and left more came and left i went to go ask whats the hold up The employee TEE told me I didn't have an appointment, after showing her my confirmation she's like well u have to wait your appointment is not until 11:45...... it was 11:43 You can never fault a person for not knowing right, so im asking questions on things i dnt know or dnt understand the delayyy in responses with eye rolls and attitude ... wait miss who did it cuz it wasnt me ... so after i kept killingggg her with kindness it was like she just wanted to be negative then while still dealing with me she was talking about customers with the girl next to her i knew all about the boy tryna cash his money order frm South Carolina there was NOOO professionalisms.... Very Mean Very Rude stand clear of TEE

    The absolute worst. Employees all come with attitude & laziness. Papers/pens all over the floor and rude to customers. TERRIBLE

    Going to the post office in NYC in general is normally an anxiety-inducing, blood-pressure-raising…read moreexperience. On the two occasions i've come to this branch, however, i've been happily surprised by their good customer service, tidyness, and vigilance when it comes to enforcing social-distancing and mask-wearing. The clerks here are cordial and pretty efficient. There are usually 3 clerks working the windows (but i tend to go around midday). Of course you always have those nutcases who don't wear their masks properly, slow older folks, or annoying people who interrupt your time @ the window with their "quick" questions - but just make sure YOU take care of you! *Tip 1: Double-mask it (and face-shield if you're immuno-vulnerable); don't engage the crazy people; and don't be in a big hurry cuz all you'll do is stress yourself out. Both times i've had to stand in line, but was out of there within 15-35 minutes. *Tip 2: It's always a good idea to check usps.com BEFORE you go to the post office cuz you'll save yourself a LOT of time and headache if you're armed w/ information. Be smart (like me) and research beforehand so you don't get the dreaded "This is the wrong label - go fill out another one, and come back." Ain't nobody got time for that!!! So to recap: 1. Don't be a nutcase - wear a mask that covers your NOSE and MOUTH. 2. Arrive with a good attitude and INFORMED about what you need. 3. Don't be in a huge hurry - you never know if there will be lots of clerks cuz the way the post office is set up nowadays - you might hafta wait a lil bit. 4. Be kind to elders - they tend to need more time and care.

My second time here, and my first time was an AWFUL experience. The person at the window obnoxiously dropped my phone through the little opening at the bottom of the window, and didn't even acknowledge/ speak to me the whole time. Today, I went again (unfortunately) and had another awful experience. The person at the window was saying "next" to the people in like with such misery in her voice. By the time I approached the window, I walked up before she had said "next", and instantly said " I did not call "next", so I don't know why you sped all the way over here like you own the place. You need to back up from the window and wait your turn" with such attitude. Now I get working with the public can be frustrating, but I never think it's professional to speak to people like that. Let alone when you work a federal job. She seemed miserable, exhausted, and annoyed at everything. Praying she finds peace and happiness soon.

They have no right to do this, since the shipping has already been paid! I contacted the supervisor and she said that they are required to accept all parcels. They want to sit and do nothing!!! The woman who works at this post office talks on the phone nonstop!!!! And at this wonderful post office, parcels mysteriously disappear... which, it seems, weren't scanned!!!! In 3 years, I've lost 5 parcels! And you can't prove anything since there is no tracking number...     My barrels arrived in Barbados in March 2026 and were ready for collection on the 25th of March…read more2026. Today is the 1st of June 2026 and i still havent received my barrels because Blue Star Shipping 8520 Foster Avenue Brooklyn New York hasnt paid the fees for the shipment. From the 25th of March to the 20th of April ( the 20th of April being the day i called to enquire again) the storage fees were $165.00, so you can imagine how much it is now. The two barrels were paid for to be shipped to Barbados. Whenever contact is made with him or his employees its always one excuse after another....go on Friday, im out of the office and i'll call you when i get in, he's outside call back in 20 minutes, if they charge you fees i'll handle it and the next shipment is on me. Those are some of the excuses. Which next shipment ??? To be experienicing this and still go back and do business with you would be crazy. I took my hard earned money and bought the items for those barrels then to be faced with this. Now when i call the number no one answers and sometimes there's a busytone. What you did and are doing is so wrong on all levels. You won't like what you have done and are doing to us be done to you. You were paid yet you havent paid the fees for people blasted items to be release. You are VERRRYY dishonest and with no integrity either. If only those of us who havent received their items because of dishonest you, had seen these reviews before giving you our business, i believe most of us would have taken our business elsewhere. If you know within yourself that you couldnt afford to pay the shipping fees when the shipments arrived at their respective destinations you shouldnt have sent them or even took them and the payments from the people who paid and relied on you to do said service. I explained to them that I will be there in August and I am doing return residency. My container arrived in st lucia but they won't release the container because ROGER WILLIAMS HAS NOT PAID!!!! I have called him so many times, but he never picks up the phone, and when he does he says he is doing the payment right now. When I call the office they always say he is in the bank. No one is picking up .my calls, not Mcfee. Not Brian no one!!! I'm at my wits end. Sleepless nights and not eating........PLEASE DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM!!!
