Every time and everyone I've interacted with here is the worst. We all have crap jobs, why do yal get to dump your baggage on everyone else? No help, attitude from the moment I walk in, can't print a label, can't tell me how (I figured it'd take a special printer but I was wrong. Sue me!) can't get tape, box. My wife goes in to ask a basic question and they treat her like an idiot but also don't help, we don't work for the post office! It's 2026 yeah I might have a question about mail specifics. I redownloaded yelp just to review this place. I always vote for policies that'll keep usps funded a it seems like an important part of democracy. That said this is the most useless miserable place ever and we hate any time we need to go inside. I'm in Michigan. Sent a thank you card to Broomfield March 12th it came back to me today June, 20, 2025. Said "return to sender, no longer at this address. Unable to forward". The address is correct and why did it take 3 months for me to get my card back. And they have the audacity to ask for more money!!!!! read more

The mail carriers look like they crawled out from under a rock. Nasty uniforms very unprofessional. My mail was put on hold and I never requested for that to happen. Called the number listed and it rang about 20 times and then a busy signal. So I then called the 800 number and was on hold for 23 min and I just gave up. I guess the reason fof this is to avoid having to answer for their continued poor service and employee issues. My hopes are that the Postal Service gets privatized. Then maybe we will get professional service. I urge everyone to start doing your business paperless. And if not use another company. USPS has no pride in there job or appearance. Both Broomfield USPS services are horrifying. Courtesy is not included anywhere and they talk over you while you are explaining anything. No accountability is widely practiced. This is what happens when US government pulls it's sanctions. These people would never get the job in my day for being that poorly groomed for the job. This is what you get for the rise in a price of a stamp. They would not mail a package not in a PO envelope. Both packages sent over a month ago and not received are in the ether. Nasty business. Polices and staff are awful. I've lived in Broomfield for 24 years. In this time, I've used many post offices in the area. Every post office , EXCEPT Broomfield, have tape, pens, sharpies and scissors available to use. Broomfield policy NOBODY GETS ANYTHING. Not even kindness. I've been to a few Post Offices and they're kind of depressing to be honest but I love this place. It's small and can get crowded a lot of times but the friendliness of the staff and how quickly they work makes up for it. They're patient and always happy to explain anything you may have questions about. The man who always makes jokes (I've forgotten his name), Faye, Tashi, and Chua (I believe is her name) are the people who usually help me and they're great. They have large bins for your prepaid packages that just need to be shipped so you won't have to wait in line just for that. They have an area where you can skip the line if you have to send anything priority which is great, I usually do that. And they have a nice card selection for a variety of occasions and they're very unique as well. It's a neat post office, cleanliness wise. I like it here compared to other locations. My family knows which location I'm at when I say "my post office" lol. read more

Yes the lines are long, yes the service goes at a snails pace. But anybody thats been to a post office anywhere can tell you that. And I'm not going to bore you with how this is bad or that was slow. What I am going to tell you is something you probably didn't know. Did You know that the post office was created in 1775 where Benjamin Franklin was the first postmaster general. I bet he would have something to say about how it's run today. I bet you also didn't know that the post office is not and hasnt been a government agency since 1971 Under the postal reoganization act. One more fun fact is that the post office is the third largest civilian employer behind the federal government and Walmart. Amazing what you can look up while you're waiting in line. read more

On July 17 USPS left a slip of paper on my door saying they were not able to deliver a package since someone authorized needed to sign for it. I scanned the QR code and requested redelivery and got the confirmation. Over the next few days nothing showed up. I checked the status on line and saw it was delivered and signed for by the front reception desk. We live in a single detached home. I have now been to the post office in person two times and have called 4 times...and was told apologetically that they try to get it back and contact me. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ONE CALL FROM THEM. it's no wonder folks are using other services for postal deliveries. read more

Not sure what everyone complains about, every time I have been here there hasn't been much of a line, and when there were a few people in line, it moved rather quickly. The Asian lady mentioned in other reviews was super nice the two times she helped me. Perhaps people misinterpret her cultural mannerisms as offensive, but she was assertive, helpful and friendly in hurrying me along to make the overnight cut off time when I got to her station. I had a few minutes before the deadline, and I was a bit unprepared, and she guided me along and was very obliging in getting me out the door. read more

This post office is a joke. They won't deliver my mail unless every person is listed on my mailbox. Last I checked, most people don't have the names of everyone in their household listed on their mailbox in order to get their mail. Whatever happened to "return to sender"?! Furthermore, our mail carrier likes leaving passive aggressive notes not just inside mailboxes, but outside for all the neighbors to see. I let the supervisor know this and he acted like he couldn't care less. If I could move I would just to get away from the issues with this location. read more

We just received my wife's ballot back in the mail yesterday. It had 2 stamps on it and was postmarked Oct. 31st. My ballot was mailed exactly the same way and I just checked with voter registration and they received my ballot. What gives here? I will never mail our ballots again and would advise others not to mail their ballots either. I will always drop them off at the drop off locations in the future. I wonder how many ballots are lost in the mail or not properly delivered? I called to complain and was told by a machine to leave my number and they would call me back in apporoximately 38 minutes! I have had two packages returned to the sender for no reason. I went to the post office and asked for an explanation and the clerk at the counter states he had no idea. I told him that was not an answer and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor looked into the issue and said she needed to talk to the delivery person because there was no reason why the packages should have been returned. She ensured a call back the same day but never called back. Worst service of the year award. read more

I like this post office - it is generally better staffed than the PO at 116th & Wads and even though it is quite busy the lines tend to move faster due to this. My experience with the postal workers has always been pleasant and professional! They are always willing to help and friendly. read more

I would leave this Postal location 0 stars if I could. The postal worker by the name of Faye was absolutely awful!! She refused to let me use the Priority tape even though I was shipping priority mail. She yelled at me across the room while she was attending to another customer. I frequently use this post office because I live in Broomfield, often times their self service kiosk doesn't work, or the bin is full. I came to the post office on Saturday and used the self service kiosk to purchase postage for a package, when I went to put it In the bin, the bin was full. I checked the pick up times and it said 4:30 pm for Saturday. So I returned at 4:15 and waited in the lobby area for someone to come empty the bin. I waited for half an hour. Pretty ridiculous that I pay to have the package delivered and can't even drop it off. Also, I could hear employees in the back of the post office, but when I rang the doorbell they just ignored me. I think this is a great post office. I've never had a problem. The employees are friendly. There is an employee named Pauly (sp?) from Boston and he is sooo patient, especially when dealing with difficult customers. Whenever I deal with him, he is very nice, calm, helpful, explains everything to you in detail, takes his time to make sure you understand everything. I can't believe he is not a supervisor as he would make a great supervisor! At the very least he deserves a raise! People who work for USPS generally get a lot of complaints, but this USPS does not deserve it; at least from what Ive seen. read more

This is my local post office and my mail and packages are mid-delivered on average twice per week, usually three times. While I also receive the wrong mail just as often. Too many "lost" packages that showed delivered to count. Carriers will actually scan "delivered" and deliver the next day. Completely untrustworthy and the time and effort I have spent tracking down important mis-delivered mail and packages is infuriating. I cringe any time I have to mail or receive anything of importance through this local United Postal Service. I am not sure how they can improve their processes, but, any improvement at this point would be a win. Please do better. read more

I came in to track a package and the customer service agent disappeared for a few minutes, touched a few other packages then returned to say my package is out for delivery and she gave me attitude when I asked "are you sure?". Look I know USPS doesn't have enough staff and the staff they do have isn't paid enough but my package was sent via FedEx and then handed over to USPS shame on FedEx. I just wanted to be sure of where my package was and where it was going. I hate going to USPS and this location wasn't any different. The one in Thorton is big and I liked it enough to tell people to use that location. But I had to go to this location because fedex said it was here. I felt judged by the csr. Updating it a month later, I never got my package and had to get a refund from the store. read more

Terrible post office. I avoid it at all costs, but unfortunately it is my local post office though. They have lost multiple items we have mailed. They find any excuse to hold packages and not deliver them, when they are addressed properly. Schedule redelivery and they won't do it, even though the tracking site says they are going to. They can never answer questions we we do have an issue. I don't recommend using this post office if you have a choice. read more

No wonder why they have such a bad reviews.... I went there this morning to pick up my package and this Asian lady was so rude (I'm not racist, I'm Asian too). The lady who helped me at first was so nice but she didn't find my package. I told them that I requested online last night for the Post office to hold my package for me instead of redelivery because I won't be home. Apparently, I clicked redelivery instead of Hold the package which I found out later after I already got to the Post office so I apologized to them and told them I didn't mean to. This Asian lady had to butt in and yelled at me, sounded like she thought that I lied and the computer won't lie. So I tried to explain that it was a simple mistake and why would I want my package to be redelivered when I'm not going to be at home. Apologies for the rant, but this is by far the WORST post office I've ever been to. I will, in fact, go out of my way to the other Broomfield PO just to not have to deal with the incompetence of this place. I'll spare you the standard "long lines" or "lost package" complaints that we've all encountered, and instead focus on how rude they are. On several occasions, more often than not, there will be one or two of the 6 windows open at a time despite the continually growing line, and no one is ever friendly. I get it... you're tired, you're hot, your legs are wobbly, you're due for a break to cut the customer service from 2 staff to 1... but JEEZUS... a simple smile does wonders. Try cracking one. Also, as another commentator mentioned, they refused to accept my unsigned credit card. This was after he asked for my ID. Yet with my card AND drivers license in hand, still refused to accept it. After several minutes of back-and-forth arguing, I had him peel the already-printed mailing label off my package, walked over to the self-help station, used the same unsigned card to purchase a new shipping label, and threw it on his station... BAM! signed, sealed, ready to be delivered. The reason I didn't use that machine in the first place is that I needed an envelope, and only had $2.00 cash on me for said envelope. The machine doesn't let you purchase packaging. I threw my package on his station with the $2 for the envelope and told him to keep the change (5 cents). FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD IN THE WORLD, do yourselves a favor, and visit ANY OTHER USPS office. read more
