I've gone into this location on many occasions and the service has been just okay. I went in this past Sat and had such a pleasant experience. It was somewhat busy but the guy working the front greeted me and was so friendly. He answered all of my questions, was knowledgeable, and seemed to actually enjoy helping me. Yayy! New owners & I felt the difference the second I opened the door. But even before that; I dropped a big, heavy metal box on the sidewalk in front of the store. **Possible THEFT/Suspicious Activity** I dropped off a package here on a Saturday. Label was digitally sent to the store email, printed, and placed on my package. I was handed a receipt and left the store. *An important detail, the shipping info had 'Jewelry' in the recipient address. I was contacted by recipient one week later that package was never received. Upon review, I found that the tracking number on the receipt I was given does not match the tracking number on label I provided. The store now claims that they have no record of receiving my label that day, despite having record of other labels I have sent to the store in the past. The store also is claiming to have no record of my package in end of day logs. I have attempted numerous times to request camera footage from the store that confirms I handed off my flat pack envelope. I am instead given the runaround by store employees and management. A number I was provided, purportedly belonging to store owner, now goes direct to voicemail after explaining my concerns and has eliminated all reference of UPS store from recorded VM message. I would be incredibly cautious using this location for any shipping/business needs of importance. At a minimum, please confirm that your package tracking matches the receipt you are given or you may find yourself in this situation as well. read more

When trying to return Amazon items that stated NO Label No Box needed they person refused to accept our items - and stated we had to tape them and buy a box for them although Amazon stated we didn't need it. Than he said the QR code didn't work , but another persons worked and when I argued that it should work suddenly it did ! They are a rip off ! Slow, messy, and unprofessional - and tried to pick a physical fight with me! We went at 3:50pm on a Saturday, and the employees started turning customers away before closing time, luckily we were already in line (needed to ship two packages). The employee helping us was distracted and didn't giving me confidence about our packages (nor did he wear his mask properly). But things got WAY worse... As we were finally leaving the store, I said "that sucked" to my sister, who I was with (regarding the long line, distracted service, messy store) - then the employee literally chased me out of the store and wanted to fight in the parking lot. He was in the middle of serving another customer, apparently making her wait while he tried to pick a fight with me. He literally said "let's go!" Never have I been aggressively intimidated by an employee at a store like that - we'll drive the extra distance to another UPS store in the future. read more

I've used other UPS Stores in the past to help me pack and ship many items(I was a travel nurse so shipping things to myself was a great help). This store, however, was horrible!! I literally only needed packing material for an Etsy product I was trying to send. I had the box, tape, and shipping label. I only wanted the packing peanuts. The girl was completely clueless. She measured the item(totally irrelevant since I had everything all set), then was going to charge me 13 bucks???? For what exactly, I don't even know. I said, soooo, you guys don't help people finish the packing anymore?? And she goes, 'help with what??".... seriously, they have ONE task! I have been a box holder at this location for 13 yrs. in the last year their ability to perform the basic functions of this job have declined horribly. They cannot keep track of packages received and refuse to look when informed they signed for them and according to the shipper the package should be there. This has happened to me 4 times in 6 months. Find another place to ship your packages. read more

I had a mixed experience using this UPS Store location. I went in on a Saturday to have a document notarized, copies made, and the originals mailed USPS Priority Mail. Notary Public service was reasonable and prices for the copies were reasonable. The price for Priority Mail was steep (due to their surcharges), but the staff member (a manager) told us the documents would arrive at the destination on Tuesday afternoon. She also told me I would receive tracking information via e-mail. On the following Wednesday we learned the documents still had not arrived -- and I had not received any tracking information. I visited the URL printed on my receipt, but the location's website offered no way to track my shipment. So I went back to the store when it opened this morning. The same employee looked up my shipment and checked tracking, stating it was in transit and should arrive today. She wrote down the tracking number for me at my request. I checked the tracking info when I got to work, and discovered the shipping label was printed on Tuesday! Had I known this while I was in the store I would've asked why there was a two business day delay in mailing. In the future I won't rely on any UPS Store location for postal mail. read more

Wow. The is the worst UPS store I have ever been in. Mostly because of one INCREDIBLY rude employee. The line was long, but it's the holidays so who doesn't expect that. A customer had a question about a total and he was so short in answering her question and aggressively pointing out what exactly she was charged for on the receipt, that I had to leave an not give them my business. I overheard him telling someone on the phone that one of the employees went home sick and it was just him and the "new person". That was an awkward conversation to overhear in a small store. He clearly didn't even know this employees gender. I will never go here again. read more

If I could give zero stars for this UPS store I would. Don't ever ship your packages from a UPS store. A UPS employee who works at the hub gave me that advice, unfortunately too late. I shipped 4 packages to myself from Colorado to California. 3 of them made it but 1 did not. Unfortunately, the one that did not arrive was a piece of artwork that belonged to my grandmother. It was very sentimental. I have spent the last five weeks trying to get help from UPS at this location and at the UPS hub to help me try and track down this package. It took me a month just to finally get someone to attempt to locate it. The store does not answer their phone most of the time. The manager is never there because she's always covering another store. I have been given many stories about how she is at other locations because people keep quitting, she was out sick. The two times I have spoken to her she was extremely unprofessional. While I was speaking to her on the phone she started talking to someone else in the store with her, she doesn't return phone calls. clearly she does not care about her customers or the fact that this package was lost by her employees. I believe that the label was never put on the package. The employee who created the labels for me at the store did not put them on the packages as he was making them. I asked him about it and he said he would do it right afterwards. He was there alone with a very long line of people and a ringing phone. He should have had help. There is no record of my package being picked up from the store or anything after that. They say they have absolutely no way to help me because the drivers who pick up the packages from the stores do not have to record that. What?!! I finally reached the manager, Jenny last week. She told me that she would call me back before 6:00 that day after she requested that the package be looked for one more time before we submit a claim. That was five days ago. I am unable to get a hold of her and according to UPS the store has to be the one to help me as they are the shipper on record. This is the most disgraceful customer service I have ever experienced. While UPS is the more economical option I will use FedEx from now on. I will never use UPS ever again. I have now lost not only a piece of artwork that has monetary value but something that was extremely sentimental to me and that I was looking forward to having in my home, as a reminder of my grandmother. I come to this store often to send and/or return packages. The staff here are friendly and courteous.

If I could give this UPS store zero stars I would, because I just left this location in tears from the frustration. Mine is not the first horror story I have heard about this particular UPS Store branch. A co-worker once dropped off a package and the person behind the counter STABBED the box repeatedly with a utility knife. When he asked what he was doing, the clerk said it was "standard policy" to do that. WHAT??? I should mention that I usually go to the UPS store on 287, and they are MUCH nicer and I have never had an issue with them. But today I was closer to the 120th store and only had a couple items- one USPS Parcel Post box with a prepaid label, and a second, small box that I needed to pay to ship. The person working the store today was named Von, a tall black woman who's tag also indicated she is the Manager. There was no one else in the store when I arrived. She came out from the back and said "What you want?" This should have been my first indication to turn and leave. I told her I had one drop off and one i need to pay for. She looked at the dropoff with the prepaid label. Now, I have NEVER had an issue with a parcel post dropoff at any UPS Store location before. Von, however, said "This ain't for me." I just looked at her. Then she took her finger and pointed to each letter in "U-S-P-S," sounding it out like she was talking to a 3 year old. I said "Right, but it's parcel post." She said "Oh, I can take it, but it ain't for me." Ooookaaayyyyy..... Then came my second item. A small box that had to be returned to a company called "Emily C." Von picked my item up off the counter and threw it onto her scale. She asked for the city and zip code, then she asked for the recipient name: Me: Emily C. Her: Emily C? Me: Yes Her: Emily? Me: E-M-I-L-Y. C as in Cat. Her: C? Me: Yes. Her: So is it S-E-A or S-E-E Me: C as in the letter C Her (raising her voice): WELL YOU DIDN'T SAY THAT!!! PEOPLE DONT HAVE A LAST NAME C. At this point I had taken about all I could and had tears coming into my eyes. I grabbed the box and my wallet and walked out. I understand that in the retail world people have bad days, but just because you are having a bad day does not mean I have to give you my money and simply endure your rudeness. I will be going to another location to ship my package, and I highly suggest that you do too. read more

I was there for an APPOINTMENT at 10, so I could get a personal mailbox. When I arrived, the clerk was helping someone. He said Hello. But then helped someone that walked in after me. Both of these customers were men, I am a woman. After the clerk helped both of those customers, I was told I had to wait for the manager. When I asked if there was paperwork I could complete in the meantime, he told me that there were no mailboxes. So why was I waiting? The service was more than rude, it was atrocious. read more

I was a box holder at this location for 13 years. I had a great relationship with this store and staff for most of the 13 years. In the last year, their performance has declined dramatically. The owner used to spend a lot of time there, and things were better when he was there. He has effectively turned the store over to poorly trained people and it shows. They lost 4 packages of mine in a 3 month period. They would not look for packages most of the time. One time I was allowed to look myself and found they had mis-marked my package as another box number, and they were not looking at the addresses, only their numbers. This store has had a revolving door of employees, and they don't train their people well. They have no attention to detail, and therefore there are lots of mistakes. Drive the extra distance to go to a different store, this one will lose your stuff, and pack your stuff poorly. Bad people to do business with!!!!! read more
