Walk in and the employee was without a mask, which whatever but the sign on the door literally says…read moreALL must wear masks. I came in and he was on the phone, didn't acknowledge me or anything. Literally just carrying on his conversation. I should have left but waited until he decided it was time to take care of paying customers. This employee was certainly profiling me and it was very uncomfortable. He asked for ID and everything in which he entered my info into the system. Nothing that I purchased warranted taking my ID nor my info at all. Last time I will ever set foot into this post office. I suggest others take heed.

We had to return two large packages and went to Parcel Place in Doylestown. The door was held open…read morefor us by one of the workers and he immediately began to assist us in our return. We had a bar code on our phone, but being "seniors" we didn't know how to send it. I handed him my phone and he knew exactly what to do to send the code to their computer where he could access it. We were so grateful for his help! We did not have to pay for this service. We were out the door in less than five minutes with a printed receipt. The employees at this store go out of their way to give excellent service to young and old. Thank you, Parcel Place!
