Instead of working with you to resolve the issue, they completely cut off service and then still expect you to pay for pickups that never even happened. That is beyond unprofessional and feels like a scam. When I called to try to work something out, the person who answered was rude, dismissive, and acted like they couldn't be bothered to deal with the situation. We weren't calling to argue--we were calling to come to a resolution that worked for everyone--but they clearly have no interest in customer service or accountability. On top of that, they don't even offer automatic payments in 2025. Seriously? Every legitimate business in this industry has modern billing options, yet they seem to be stuck decades behind. It just adds to the feeling that they don't care about making things easier for their customers. I'm honestly done with them. We'll most likely be going back to Rapid Removal, because at least they pick up when they're supposed to, they treat customers with respect, and they have clear contracts that hold both sides accountable. This company, on the other hand, acts like they can get away with anything--and that's exactly why they're losing business. Avoid the headache and go with someone else.

They are VERY unreliable!
