I didn't feel like waiting online at the regular post office. Because it was just so much going on due to COVID-19. Boxes and Bytes was just easier. I know my office has used them to ship prior to me going in. The guys were great. They were patient with me. This had been my first there for personal use. I forgot to print my shipping labels lol. They guy who helped me, was super sweet and patient. He told me to take my time, as I went through my phone to find everybody's name and address. I shipped I think five or six small packages at about 5/6 dollars each. Nothing crazy. Still a Great Business. I will be using them for further shipments.

I was answered by a friendly gentleman who said yes, he was a notary and was, in fact, PRESENT. I shared my tale of woe about the offending UPS Stores and he mentioned that not only is he a notary but he's had his kids become notaries as well so there would be someone available as often as possible. Thank you, Postal Connections. You saved the day. I will definitely be returning.

I called and FedEx said I could pick up the package after 5:00 PM. I drove 45 minutes and got there at 6:00. The lady said the truck is still out, and will be out until 8:00, and they close at 7:00. This is before she even looked at my tracking number. Apparently she KNEW the truck was not back. Her job was to dispose of the annoying customer standing in front of her, nothing more, nothing less. This "nice" Fedex counter lady did something I didn't think was possible. She made me WISH I was at the DMV instead. Brutal as the DMV can be, FedEx is worse.

The last couple of years, packages are back on…read morethe front step.... every time I have a package coming from FedEx, I have to contact them with the tracking number, so they can get ahead of it and tell the driver to please leave it at the side door. I've got about 16 case numbers and nothing gets done about anything. This morning two very heavy boxes were left on the front steps that I could not get inside. I had to call a friend who came by during their lunch hour to bring them to my side door so that I could get them inside. I don't understand what's going on with FedEx. Unless I contact them each time I have a delivery coming, the packages get left at the front. They even told me to set it up in my Delivery which I've done already years ago, and somebody at FedEx, who I spoke to through Twitter noted my account that all packages should always be delivered to the side door because of my disability. The drivers just don't care about their customers or maybe FedEx really isn't doing anything about it and just giving me case number of the case number. It doesn't get done... and each time I bring it to their attention they say someone's going to call, then they give me a case number and nobody calls and nothing gets done. Very disappointed in FedEx. UPS always brings everything to the side door after asking them one time. Going forward, I will not be sending packages via FedEx, I have no control of what comes in when I order online, but I will no longer be using or supporting FedEx to ship. I will be using UPS. It's a repeating problem with FedEx that never gets fixed, just empty promises, more case numbers, no phone calls, and no resolution. what a disappointment the Bohemia office is. tired of the lip service. they don't GAF.

Fat Spanish guy working there has an attitude problem. Accidentally resent my package back to sender and tried to blame me when it specifically said the package was available for pickup. When I mentioned I called the number on the slip and they told me my package was at this location, he said "They don't know what they are talking about". What a piece of sh*t read more

All i can think is that i finally got my answer where the hard drive went, probably into some random mailbox they were never able to recover it from. Someone in your office is lazy, leaving peoples mail in other mailboxes to skip out of a few stops. Needs to fixed...

You just knock on the door to get your package.If it's 5 minutes before they open, they even tell you If you get there earlier , just knock on the door and they'll get your package because they are in.
