He's definitely overworked and probably underpaid. They're are times when we don't get our mail until after 9:00 p.m. and my guess is because they picked up almost all of UPS' packages to deliver. I feel very bad for them. That means more stolen packages because a lot of people are already in bed and they don't ring the doorbell, so we've got no way to know until the next morning. So now if we're expecting a package, we've got to wait and stay up until he comes. That's poor service but not the carriers fault nor the employees at the post office.

They were courteous and reviewed the options for my package. They didn't push me into a faster or more expensive option. Also, they take credit and debit cards. This may all seem like the typical, expected experience and perhaps it is at this location. I can tell you it is a much better experience than you can expect at other locations in the area.
